Worse supplier to work with. Communitions is none and there return policies nonexistent even though it says free return on the product you're buying.

JMAC is very accommodating with quick shipment needs and their return process is simple. I will use them again for future supply needs!

Ryan put me on hold for less than a minute and told me it was in stock and can be shipped immediately. I placed the order with Ryan, and I received my confirmation within minutes . JMAC was at the top of a google search for a critical fire alarm part that our customer needed. The CSR answered the phone promptly and redirected me when the part I needed had been discontinued. I placed my order over the phone and the service was prompt, timely, knowledgeable and professional. We are completing a credit app with this vendor for future business.

Order processed and was shipped out quickly. A small part was damaged in shipping so contacted team through the webform on their site. They were easy to work with and helped resolve the issue quickly. Will order from them again in the future and am confident everything will go well even if the unforceen happens.
