A job well done
Leon did a great job of surveying the property and advised installation of a couple of lintels to overcome cracks in brick work. Scaffolding arrived promptly to ensure work on windows could start next day. Fitters were friendly, undemanding re refreshments, competent and very efficient. Job completed within time allocated. Took a bit longer to get scaffolding removed. Especially love the new front door.

Worried that these guys are a scam
We ordered a new front door from a very pleasant and credible sales guy and duly paid over £5k in good faith. Installation was initially delayed in advance (which is frustrating but happens). Subsequently we have had several no shows with no communication or prior notice, been given several different excuses when calling (issue with supply, builder has left) and 5 weeks after initial install date are now being ghosted with no confidence that we will ever see the door or our money again.
Update: In the interest of balance this wasn’t a scam. Door finally installed nimbus a very courteous individual and is great. There is however an awful lot of ‘making good’ that’s now needed. The updates certainly increased (from nothing) once this review was published - probably a coincidence. I wouldn’t use these guys again.

Matt was lovely and did a great job, very quick and left our place as clean as he found it! Dave was brilliant showing us all the options and helping us pick the right one for us. Will defo use Jewel for the rest of our windows in the future.

Excellent Experience With Jewel Windows
from our initial contact with Jewel, the sales meeting was arranged very quickly. The salesman was very pleasant, and explained the product range well. we discussed our requirements, (a front door and a double window). There was no hard sale or bargaining, simply a good honest price. We were very pleasantly surprised with quote, as the quality product looked good, and the guarantee was also very good. The design was frozen, and the order placed. In not too many weeks, (and after an initial deposit and intermediate payment was made), an install date was provided. Jewel even offered an earlier date for install, which we accepted. The install team were prompt, friendly, tidy, and efficient. We had a small problem with the window lock that evening, so I contacted Dave at the Install Team via email, and reported it. The original fitter arrived in the morning with a new handle, and fitted it. We later paid the final invoice. Throughout, Jewel were amazing, and very easy to work with. The products and guarantees are excellent, and the staff all very friendly and helpful thrououghout. Will return to Jewel for any other glazing requirements for sure. Highly recommended!
