We used Jewel Windows back in March to order a new composite front door and I genuinely can’t fault the experience overall. From the start, the sales rep David was absolutely brilliant – really informative, helpful and not pushy in the slightest. He came to our house, took the time to talk us through all the options and clearly cared about finding the best outcome for both sides. A pleasure to deal with.

The delivery times were spot on – we were kept well informed and everything went smoothly. The installation itself was good, though we did have a couple of issues – the door wasn’t adjusted properly at first and there was a small scratch, which was disappointing given we’d spent over £3,000.

However, what really stood out was how Jewel Windows handled it. Dave, the installations manager, was fantastic – kept us updated, took ownership, and genuinely wanted to get things right. In the end, we had the door completely replaced, and the whole process was handled brilliantly.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that knows what they’re doing and really looks after their customers – especially when something goes wrong. I would absolutely use them again and have no hesitation recommending them. Thanks again to the whole team!

Really friendly workers who were very welcome in my home. They knew what they were doing, worked hard, were very efficient and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The windows have improved my home a lot as we went for the noise reduction product and I would recommend David, Dan and the Jewel Team to anybody else.

Matt and Dan are fantastic fitters. Faster, friendly, clean and completed a wonderful job.

Andy and Kyle arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. The window was installed in no time at all and looks lovely. There was no mess at all for me to take care of and I was really impressed. I would certainly recommend Jewel Windows to my friends.

Super pleased with our purchase from Jewel Home. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, communication was spot-on, and the new front door was installed impeccably. We were amazed how little damage was done to the house after removal of our solid wooden door, sill and frame, and what little damage that was done was made good. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Andy and Kyle turned up early and got the work done very efficiently. A cup of tea every hour kept them in good spirits 😂

David did an excellent job fitting our new front door and glazed side panel. The old one was removed efficiently and with care and on completion of the job the site was cleaned thoroughly and left spotless.

Andy and Kyle really put everything into getting the enormous job done of replacing all our windows and doors! Even when they uncovered an issue they were quick to help resolve it. The installation team arranged a builder to address a few pre-existing issues and the job went smoothly. Great finish, great attention to detail and cleaned up as they went! Highly recommend

Did a good job fitting our door, but we’ve had problems with their after sales service. I’ve had to chase an issue and not got very far.
I’ve also asked for quotes for other services and no one has got back to me.

We purchased patio doors from Jewel in 2024.Earlier this year we noticed the main door sporadically had become a bit difficult to close, and also squeaked when open wide. I reached out to Jewel and they had someone around within a week to investigate. The fitter lifted the doors to fix the issue we'd experienced closing them and fitted a restricter to help with the noise issue created by the door opening too wide. Jewel probably could have charged us to fit the restrictor but they haven't. Really impressive customer service. Thanks to the team

Disastrous Customer Service Experience with Jewel Windows (January-July 2025, ongoing).

My experience with Jewel Windows has been nothing short of appalling. In January 2025, I noticed my window frames were bending and bowing, causing drafts and loss of soundproofing. Since the windows were under warranty, I contacted Jewel Windows for repairs.

What followed has been a six-month nightmare that remains unresolved:
1. Engineers have removed and reinstalled the windows so many times that the frames now have too many drill holes to be properly repaired.
2. In May, they broke a window handle during one of these visits, which remains unfixed two months later, leaving me unable to open the window even during hot weather.
3. Most concerning was their admission in writing that they cannot obtain replacement parts because "the relationship with the current supplier being burned, they are not willing to sell us replacements" - a revealing insight into their business practices

Two weeks ago, I requested information about their formal complaint procedure. Unsurprisingly, they have yet to respond.

I would never willingly choose to do business with Jewel Windows again and am only continuing to engage with them because my damaged windows remain under their warranty. Potential customers should be aware of the company's shocking customer service and apparent inability to resolve even straightforward warranty issues.
