I’ve been a customer for 10 years and am constantly surprised by the high level of service I get from Jerba - always knowledgeable and helpful. I had an electrical issue and within a minute Ross had given me accurate and helpful technical advice. Thank you. The width and depth of knowledge and helpfulness found at Jerba is rare and precious.

Team at jerba again excellent some small snagging problems with our new T6.1 campervan "Betsie" Liam and the whole team fixed the small issues with no quibble and Betsie was back on the road in no time. Thanks to all of the team too many names to mention btw but am well pleased.again well done guys and girls.

We found Jerba campervans on YouTube when looking for a new campervan. We were impressed with their conversions and informative videos. We arranged to pop into their workshop where Dave and the team were friendly and welcoming and showed us round some of the current vans they were working on. We placed an order for a Crafter Harris conversion and the whole process was smooth and any queries we had were answered fully and they also provided suggestions where they saw fit. We collected our van a few weeks ago and we are delighted with it. We cannot recommend Jerba Campervans enough for their expertise and friendly customer service.

I went up there today with my 10 year old VW California as I was struggling to replace the flexible light for the roof space as the wiring had disappeared into the body work. I was completely stuck about what to do , but received a warm welcome and was introduced to Rob one of the electricians, who was really helpful and spent 20 minutes soldering and fitting the lamp for me, and then refused any payment ! He then showed me all round the workshops. I can’t recommend these guys enough they were so helpful and super nice and the vans that were being built looked amazing!

Starting our search for a VW converter I met Simon, Cath and Dave at the NEC, they made going back to the Jerba stand easy, their knowledge and enthusiasm coupled with the quality of the Jerba range stood out amongst their competitors. Decision made and Dave was on hand to guide us through the conversion detail, nothing was too much trouble! We are now proud owners of our own Cromarty and could not be happier, what an amazing team at Jerba. Only had the van a couple of months and already spent 24 nights in it, our new 'home from home'! We recently collected a new VW T6.1 Tiree from Jerba. It has more than surpassed our high expectations. Our decision to buy from Jerba was based on a 'try before you buy' experience last year and also on Jerba's great customer focus, design flair, focus on safety, and reputation for build quality. We also rented a VW California last year, for comparison. The Tiree won hands down.
Jerba has been helpful and informative throughout the ordering and build process and their after-sales service has been superb. I can see why Jerba's business success is solidly based on reputation and recommendation. 10 out 10 Jerba. Thanks.

We bought a Sanna from Jerba in 2019 which we called Lily. Before we bought a van we rented one as a trial run for a weekend, and the rental cost was refunded when we made an order. It was a lot of money, and Jerba was not the cheapest however, the overall quality was good, any niggles have been resolved quickly and the overall customer service has been excellent. The staff are all very helpful, and not in any way pushy during the sales process. I would recommend Jerba to anyone, you will just have to be patient as they tend to have a large number of bookings. I wonder why?
