Jedi Sports was able to get me a limited edition Cervelo S5 Grandtour bike of which there are only 50 in the world.

They build up the bike as I wanted and I was able to pick it up at the office in Krefeld.

Super customer service from start to finish. As a buyer from Ireland, dealing with a retailer in another country carries risk. However dealing with Symen and her team in Jedi was better than my dealings with shops in Ireland. Communications were accurate and prompt and commitments met. My bike arrived in perfect condition and is even better than Symen described. My sincere thanks for the service provided.

I have bought there several bike components, and I am really impressed about the professionallity of the store. They are not only offering good prices, but I had a very specific problem with my Cervelo bike and they helped me in a perfect and professional way. I had to return some material and they accepted it without problems, and then they helped me to choose the right one for me. Communication was perfect, and they are very friendly. I really recommend it, and I will buy there again, even if I can get something cheaper at other places. Thanks for all Symen!!!
