Simple issue: I place an order and set the delivery address to my house. One day later, I was announced that have to go to another city to pick it up. They won't care if it's possible for you go. Otherwise, leace the package there amd wait for refund. Samrt and excelllent selling procedure.
Simple solution: I was instructed by Amazon team that if the third party seller did not contact me, I would get a refund. So far, there has been no response regarding the reason why I have to go by train just to pick the item. Being silent is always the safe card. I was rejected to get a refund also (by Amazon A-to-z Guarnatee).
Office Partner is the best choice if you want more problem in your life. I will recommend it.

Update: Eventually refund was made but more than 14 days after they received the item back and after many emails and complaints.
Product returned to them completely new in the original unopened box.
14 days passed and they still did not refund me, despite an email reminder I sent them.
Unacceptable.

Contacted them prior to ordering an item and the information they gave was incorrect, also the delivery took a week, more than advertised. They also tried to take down my review claiming it was not legot, which might explain their rating.

Good delivery, monitor arrived on time and the price was great

I ordered a motherboard and next day they emailed me saying that the item is not available for delivery. I'm yet still waiting for my refund. That was very unprofessional.

Then they went ahead covering themselves legally saying:
"Since the item and price information were incorrect, we are contesting this and any purchase contract that may have been formed on this incorrect basis as a precaution and are refraining from delivering the item.

Through our contestation, any purchase contract that may have been concluded is deemed void from the outset"

I ordered PC case MSI Sekira 500P. I have choose this shop because of short delivery time displayed in online. It supposed to be 2-3 days i was waiting 2 weeks. I didn't received any confirmation email with tracking number. I tried to reach customer service with contact form no one responded. I called customer service two times and they also didn't know if my package was sent or not. When i tried to cancel my order during on of this calls i got information that they can't do that right now because they don't have access to my order in the system. When i lose all hope that i will ever receive my package i t was delivered. After two weeks of waiting and without any notification or tracking number. Good that i was in my flat when it came...

Everything was super fast and from the very beginning I feel secured about the shipment. They send you a lot of email to confirm the advances on the shipment. The box before I opened the product was perfect like new! I ordered via Amazon before it was not the best experience. I would recommend to all and I for sure will buy again with office partner in the future

I received the monitor that I ordered, yesterday. The monitor was delivered ahead of time I liked it because I urgently needed it at work.
Monitor in good condition 27 inches. I connected it and use it in work it works great

First order all good. Cheap laptop for the specs. It only have german keyboad. But i already thought so. And it looked a little bit differnt than the Picture. Shipped on Monday delivery next day in the Netherlands.

I purchased a 4090 from their site, the sale went through all fine and even got an email stating it was there, the next day however due to their management being not able to run their store/page sufficiently they then claim the sale fell through and are now offering me some other 4090 which is bottom end for roughly the same price.. I just want my money back and will shop eslewhere.. avoid them like the plague.

I bought an "open-box" HP LaserJet Pro M428fdn for almost 300 euro.
It arrives packaged only in bubble wrap, without any foam.
The duplex mechanism is completely broken.
I sent it back but now they want to keep my money for 15 days (3 weeks) before deciding what to do.
At least they responded promptly to my email.
Updated to 3 stars because they refunded me promptly after my complaints and offered to send me a new one.
