My order took a lot longer than…
My order took a lot longer than expected to arrive and when it did the box for my trainers which I usually take pride in keeping them in had been crushed and fit for no use.

Worst company I’ve ordered online with
Worst company I’ve ordered online with. First parcel lost in transit. Took four phone calls to sort and everytime you have to wait 20+ minutes to get through. Told to wait, eventually understood that I was saying it had been lost and said would refund… didn’t, still had to chase for a refund. Now another item I’ve returned and still waiting for them to process the refund. I would never order from here again.

JD I ordered football boots for my sons…
JD I ordered football boots for my sons birthday, sent me a football top. I advised them straight away. They blamed adidas whom they sourced the football boots from.
I was sent a returns barcode and sent the football top back. 2 weeks later, no refund or communications from JD.
I contacted them, advisor said she would have to chase it up with adidas. 7 days later, still no word.
21 days since sending a return and no refund.
Their online form doesn't work, noone ever replies to it.
ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A RETURNS POLICY.
What's the point in an online form if noone deals with them? Just a generic email advising you to go to the online form.

Instore purchase and was given…
Instore purchase and was given mismatched trainers- I was then told I had to return to the original store to get a refund which I was unable to do as across the other side of the country. Attended my local JD who denied refunding me. Customer care hung up four times and eventually the store took them - however no refund and no idea where my trainers have been sent. Out of pocket and no item.
Awful service and the url they give you to escalate this doesn’t even work. Please can a head of customers services or senior management reach out to resolve.

Delivery costs/order cancelled
When ordering no choice to have delivered to store only home delivery at a charge. This is not acceptable in my opinion. Also after I had received one of my items two days later I received an email to say the other bag would not be arriving as could not be stocked. I would not have paid £3.99 for delivery of one item. Total scam!

Wanted some trainers but not in stock
Wanted some trainers but not in stock, the lady ordered me a pair told me they would be at the shop Thursday or Friday. Got a message to say they where in on the wat to the shop. I went on the Saturday to cancel them has I haven't heard nothing from JDS. Told the young lady at the counter I want to cancel, she went in the back and they had been delivered but, I think they was delivered on the Friday but nobody contacted me to tell me so very disappointed with the way they didn't contact me to tell me they were at the shop.
