Really happy with the product however…
Really happy with the product however no confirmation of order received in store nearly a week went by I them called the store to enquire.
I spoke to someone who said it was in store.
You need to work on send emails or texts to say products are delivered to store.

very happy
the quality is 10/10, the delivery was 8/10, the fit 10/10, service 10/10. overall I was very happy with my purchase and I know I can rely on JD's onlinestore for good products and excelent fit without feeling the need to go into an actual store. ah, the app is amazing, another 10/10!

Order did not arrive
Order did not arrive despite paying for next day delivery - lost by Evri. Tracking was not updated by Evri. Had to chase for updates and refund from JD. (Although JD customer service operator very apologetic, and very polite)

Part of the order was missing. Ive emailed and rang the helpline. Still no reply from the email I sent. When I called all I got was " the dispatching store isn't answering the phone. Kids go back to school next week and I have no school shoes!
