I have had a very bad experience after ordering a door through a third party. To start with, a wrong door was delivered. This is where the nightmare started. For weeks I kept chasing for the door I had purchased. After every call, they promised to have the door delivered by their courier but I heard nothing from the courier despite contacting them numerous times.
They failed to contact me or the third party seller.
The service was unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.

I’m writing this review as a warning to others. JB Kind Doors may not sell directly to the public, but their actions — or in this case, inaction — are directly affecting customers like me who are stuck in refund limbo.
I returned a poorly manufactured set of doors that were collected on 1st July. However, I’m still waiting for my refund from the retailer (DoorSuppliesOnline), who claim they can’t issue it until JB Kind complete their “quality control” paperwork.
This is a ridiculous system. JB Kind are dragging their heels on confirming receipt and quality of goods they already have back in their possession — and meanwhile, I’m nearly £600 out of pocket.
This kind of delay is completely unacceptable. If you are a supplier working with retailers, you have a duty to process returns promptly and professionally. Blaming internal admin for a delay is not just poor service — it’s a failure of basic customer care.
I strongly urge JB Kind to review their aftersales process and consider the real impact their internal inefficiencies have on real people waiting for their money back.
Avoid if you value your time and money.

Ordered a door via door superstore. After 6 weeks the door finally arrived direct from manufacturer. Should of been 5 days delivery.
The quality and finish of the door was dreadful. Manufacturer refused to replace and said this is the best they can do.
Marks all over the door, filler smeared and inconsistent quality.
Finally got a refund nearly 6 months later. Picked a next to identical door up from a different manufacturer, perfect quality and finish with no hassle.

Cant say enough good things about my experience. Contact with the people in the office was great and always prompt. Helped with everything I needed and order was quick and hassle free. Everyone was polite all the way down to the delivery driver. Doors look amazing and such high quality. Everyone that has seen them has commented how great they look. Highly recommended.

Really slow and nobody with an idea of what was going on when I called. Ordered 1 oak door through door superstore. Had to keep chasing JB Kind every other day. Despite giving them the order number from the retailer and my postcode these didn’t have the foggiest what was going on. Passed to A guy beginning with J I won’t shame as he was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard and would always avoid a call, not good when you’re the e-commerce manager. Must’ve taken nearly a month. Sort yourselves out. You’re meant to be a leading door distributor. This was a shambles. I have a 2 star as the door is sound.

I ordered my door on saturday, and was told it would be delivered in three weeks. On wednesday i recieved notification they could deliver on Friday, which they just did. Less than a week, brilliant!
The delivery driver was very helpful and polite.
I'm very happy. The door looks as i expected it to on delivery.

I ordered a new internal door which was delivered yesterday. I had advised
their customer services prior to my delivery that there were access restrictions in my road. My instructions were followed down to a t, and Amy, the delivery driver was so helpful.
It was so refreshing to receive such a good service which I haven't experienced with some other courier companies.
I would definitely order from them again.

As I was delighted with my previous experience this was my second order for JB Kind doors. The first doors were so good I decided to order more and now have enough to complete the rest of our house.

Ordered a brown internal door from Robert Dyas to be supplied by JB Kind.
I received a pine door, which took 2 weeks of constant hassling for the incorrect door to be collected, and I still have not received the correct door...
"We can't send the correct door until we receive the wrong one"...
so 1 they can't get the order correct
2 they send out 2x 7.5 ton lorries, one to collect and one to deliver the correct door, which I have to wait a future week for
