Taste pretty awful

Meals convenient. However I found the taste unpleasant in most cases. Any meals containing chicken were dry. The rice in the meals was like porridge. Some meals I could not eat because they were, for me, inedible. Most of the breakfasts and snacks were fine. I won’t be doing it again.

Most things I chose are delicious

Most things I chose are delicious, however a couple have been too watery and I will not be purchasing those products anymore. On the whole it has been a very pleasant first week and I will be ordering again I'm delighted with my weight loss so far.

Very Happy With Jane Plan !

Jane Plan is easy to follow with lots of menu choices and takes the stress out of dieting. Excellent backup is available from the Member Support Team at any time - I had an issue with my account access which was promptly and expertly sorted by Fatima.

Ordered what I thought was a months…

Ordered what I thought was a months supply when I realised it was a subscription tried to change it. I can't afford a subscription you were very patronising and wouldn't budge not very happy it's extorting people's money!!!

Subscription cancelled.food is inedible. Chicken rubbery and so small portion can't possibly be a healthy amount of protein

Jane Plan really works.

I wasn’t sure about Jane Plan, to start with. But it really does work. It’s the only diet I’ve been on where I haven’t had to think about what to eat, how much to eat etc. I’ve lost 2 st and feel so much better and happier.

Stick to the plan . It works.

The food is very tasty not bland at all. I really like not having to think about quantity which ingredients, cooking times and worrying about what shopping to purchase. For me I’ve just got to take a meal from the cupboard pierce the top and place in microwave. Then eat it. To make it go further add fruit with breakfast, salad not lettuce for lunch and two veg for dinner. Salad I like pickled products beetroot peppers onions gherkins cappers tomatoes even walnuts any two and you’re on it. I lost 10lbs in my first week and I thought having done other plans I’d put on or stay the same but I lost another 1lb in my second week. Amazing. Thank you JANE PLAN.

I opted for the 4 month plan and it is…

I opted for the 4 month plan and it is so good . It does what it says and you loose the weight.
I have 1 month left to go and I am on track to loose my two stone goal.
i fully recommend this plan to anyone who wants to achieve their goal.

Really excellent customer service.

The Admin staff o dealt with have been so helpful and accommodating. I have mostly dealt with Lulu who could not have done more to help me. She was so kind and understanding whilst being professional and business focussed. I could not fault them in any way.
My whole experience has been positive from my initial order through to the delivery.

So far the meals are good and the…

So far the meals are good and the weight is coming off... but I'm only 2 weeks in. Some days I am very hungry and a few meals are very incomplete... the Pork Massaman curry needs rice added which you may not have spare calories for.
I let them send whatever for my first order which has made me try meals I wouldn't have. But I can't give 5 stars after getting two boxes in my first month. These were unpacked before the error was realised, and though I had the option to send back... that would have been a hassle. So I have two months the same and I wouldn't have chosen so much soup for May...
I will re-review in 6months when hopefully I have reached my goal weight.

Didn’t realise I’d signed up for 8…

Didn’t realise I’d signed up for 8 months, it was not clear when ordering the first box so now they want £150 to cancel. Food is horrible, snacks are ridiculous and a total waste of money that I do not have! Serves me right for not reading the crap reviews first! Don’t know how they have the cheek to push this out to people especially those who are vulnerable. DO NOT
USE UNLESS YIU CAN AFFORD £300 for 8 months in food you can’t eat!

We do try to make the different plan durations as clear as possible at the point of purchase. The plan lengths are shown in bold on our website, included during the checkout process, and also confirmed in the order confirmation email, so customers have several opportunities to review the commitment before starting.

To clarify our cancellation policy, there are no cancellation fees. Customers are free to cancel at any time. However, because our longer duration plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to shorter plans, if a plan is ended early we simply ask for the difference to be paid between the discounted longer-term price originally selected and the shorter duration actually completed. This approach allows us to offer better value on longer commitments while still keeping flexibility for customers.
