Apologies for this rather long feedback description but this company deserves another good review.
The happiness I had of ordering and receiving this company's design of a 50th Wedding Anniversary paperweight was beyond my expectations, their communication was exemplary from Joanne in their reassurance that your dealing with a very professional company that has your complete satisfaction of what you are buying from this company and reassuring the ultimate contentment for their end product....and must also add that the if your doubting the images shown on their web site of this Golden Wedding Anniversary paperweight it really doesn't do justice of what you actually receive...it features a magnificent three dimensional love heart encased in a golden hue in superb Caithness Glass, their personal engraving process option is superb, so I have no hesitation whatsoever to look no further for the ideal Golden Wedding Anniversary present I'm more than happy to recommend James Pirie for quality and design!

I had a Royal Scot Flower of Scotland whisky tasting glass. Unfortunately, I managed to break it on Thursday evening. I went to James Pirie website to find a replacement, as I'd used this company before.
I actually ordered 2 glasses, because, well, accidents happen! This was about 7pm Thurday and I received my beautiful glasses today, Saturday, at about 12.30pm, well packaged too.
Very impressed.

I made a mistake ordering crystal thistle tumblers insted of whisky ones. Delighted that Joanne was able and willing to correct the order for me. This is the first time that I have used this company and would use them again if I need crystal glass ware in the future. Would thoroughly recommend them.

The team contacted me and said my order was delivered to the wrong address by mistake and they were rushing through a new order as quickly as possible. I'm so grateful for this proactive reponse - mistakes happen but its rare to find a company that is so willing to take responsibility for it and be so proactive in resolving it. Thank you!

My wife ordered an Elgin Ships Decanter with Stand for my 60th Birthday from James Pirie and can I just say you seldom find Quality of this standard anymore,beautifully gift wrapped and swiftly delivered carefully by DPD delivery service. I could not recommend enough if your looking for that something special.

Exquisite well packaged good quality large London Crystal Clock 170mm (Presentation Boxed) was as described and delivered speedily. The crystal clock is superb exceeding all my expectations as the attention to detail on it looks more fabulous than the pictures. My mother is over the moon with the crystal clock and consider it as functional with added benefit of having panache. Thanks for sending to me a superlative product.

I’m so very impressed with the service that I’ve received from James Pirie that I had to write a review. My order arrived incredibly fast, I had barely pressed send and my beautiful vase arrived! The vase was extremely well packaged and I was thrilled with it, so beautiful. I made an error and ordered a smaller size than I needed so I contacted customer service, they could not have been more helpful in exchanging the vase. Rachel in customer services was very friendly and super efficient, I’m just so impressed and so pleased. Needless to say the product ( vase) is beautiful and I’ll certainly be ordering again from this company. Thank you!

After doing some searching, I found James Pirie had the best prices on the Internet for two Caithness paperweights I wanted. I ordered the paperweights and they arrived in the US in a couple of days, carefully packaged.

Seriously excellent customer service. They found a single glass in the warehouse to replace one I had broken. The last one left in that style. I’m so very grateful. Thank you!

We got 2 crystal 'Kintyre' flutes for Christmas and opened them last night for Hogmanay. Unfortunately, one of them had one of the (hand cut) grooves cut too deep and there was a tiny slit at the bottom of a 'groove' which leaked fizz. I got onto their service department 'chat' this morning and they answered straight away and literally 6 minutes later it was all done and dusted and they had agreed to send me a replacement. Absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with

Fantastic company great service. Ordered a engraved vase for my wife's birthday. Had left it a bit late and was going to be tight on time to get it on time.

Spoke to Joanne in customer services was fantastic went above and beyond to keep me informed and did everything possible to get the vase to me on time which it arrived on the day of the birthday. Many thanks I would recommend for quality and service.

I ordered a personalised clock for a colleague that was leaving in May and the the clock was lovely and engraving just finishes it off perfectly.
I have ordered another clock for a colleague who is retiring and I have had a few conversations with Joanne from customer services She has excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to sort things out for me . Joanne is an asset to the company.
I would not hesitate to use the company again and would recommend them to everyone.

This is such a friendly company with excellent customer service. They are easy to get in touch with and happy to talk things through with you if you have any questions. They sorted out our special requirements brilliantly. The whiskey tumbler we bought was lovely traditional quality and beautifully engraved, the recipient was delighted!

I asked about next day delivery, expecting a non-committal response, but Rachel was brilliant. She promised next day delivery and to keep an eye out for my order to make sure it was despatched promptly.

Having been very disorganised with my present buying, the service received (my beautifully gift wrapped present arrived the following morning) was fantastic. I will definitely be returning.

Shopping online can be so impersonal but this was not the case with James Pirie. They provide a telephone number on their home page inviting the customer to contact them, so that is what I did to ask some questions about a Royal Crown Derby paperweight I was considering buying. They were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My paperweight arrived quickly and on the day I had requested, very carefully packed and in absolutely pristine condition. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and look forward to shopping with them again - lovely selection of gifts and excellent customer service. Online shopping at its very best!
