Richard Moonstreet Ceramics Reviews

I have now bought about 8 of these wonderful duck creations, they bring me so much joy!! I am collecting an ever growing row of them. They always make me smile and the cutest little ducks ever. I have Rhydian the amphibian, beak house duck, the goose with the bread & the one with the rubber duck to name a few.
They are well made, great quality and sure to make you smile. I more than fully recommend Richard Moon Street’s creations. Thank you so much.

Ok so these things are wonderful and beautifully made. I have the bowl, the plant pot and bought a friend the mug.

BUT you know that my looking at them, the thing you will not know before ordering is Richard is INCREDIBLY nice and helpful. There was a delivery problem (not his fault, post issue) and he helped me out so much to make sure the present I bought arrived. Lovely man!

I ordered 2 bespoke ducks as a wedding present and they absolutely loved them,it was a recreation of the proposal,so very personal. Tex made them just as I had envisioned them, and delivery was fast, very happy thank-you 😊

I have ordered a few little guys from Richard Moonstreet as gifts for my mum as she is a massive duck lover and it has always been the best experience! The ducks are always beautifully made, quickly delivered and this time we got a bonus friend!! Thank you so much!!

I highly recommend buying yourself a little duck friend!

Completely and utterly over the moon with our wonderful duck! From the first contact from Tex, who was super friendly, helpful and so kind, to receiving our well packaged beautiful duck….who is even more gorgeous than I ever imagined, the whole process has truly been an absolute joy! I’m already planning our whole collection and can’t wait to order again really soon. Thank you Tex for the amount of love and effort that you clearly put in to these incredible pieces, I’m so grateful!

Just perfect all around. Great customer service, fast shipping, and these ornaments are adorable. I will be back for more >:)

I ordered a custom duck for my partner's birthday, and the overall process and support from Richard was amazing - very responsive, provided timely updates, and was very flexible in making some changes I asked for. My partner really loved the gift, and the 'adoption card' is super cute :) Thank you!!

I absolutely love my goose vase. I bought one that was listed as having imperfections and was therefore discounted. I absolutely love it! It still works really well and the imperfections aren’t visible except for on the bottom. It was shipped really quickly and it’s become a statement piece in the house!

Kindness beyond believe. Exceptional service. Adopt a goose on the loose, a duck without a flock. Give ‘em the love they deserve.

I had some shipping delays that were beyond Richard’s control but he was communicative and helped me resolve the issue quickly. I love my new planter I can’t wait to give it to my best friend for Christmas.

Love, love, love!! I bought a Val with the Pal and he is just perfect. He's so simple yet so impactful and beautifully made.

My sister got me the duck bowl and cup for my birthday and I'm in love! They are so cute and I cannot wait to start using them for everything ❤️

The ducks arrived, they are beautiful!! They were very well protected and all made it in one piece. They will make incredible gifts :)

It went so smooth I don't know what to write here :)
Asked for info about the shipping and Tex's reply was so nice and clear. And his art is so lovely of course, I'm so happy our place is now home to one of his amazing creations!

The duck vase I ordered from Richard Moonstreet Ceramics was shipped quickly to the US and arrived without damage. The quality is excellent and the whimsy of it regularly brings a smile to my face.

Oh my god I love them so much. I got home and saw the package with fragile tape and knew it was my ceramic birds. I ran to my room and opened it up and carefully unwrapped each one with a grin ear to ear, each time slowly turning the little fella in my hand and admiring all of their unique features and tiny fingerprints. I was literally giggling aloud all to myself. Ever since the lock down I've started supporting small businesses that sell desk toys and knick knacks that I put by my computer to look at during my zoom calls. They make me feel so happy and it's a win win situation. I absolutely adore these goofy little ducks and can't wait to use the ring holder. Thank you so much for your work and affordability and I absolutely love how the products are all rhymes. I wish you more attention to your social media (I found you through instagram) and many sales in the future <3

As expected the product was fantastic and really captured what I was looking for. This is my second purchase and I have no doubts in my mind I’ll be back before too long for my third!

I bought one at Christmas and missed seeing it everyday so I bought another. Very happy. I loveeeee all of them and am sure I will be back again soon to give him some friends

I've purchased two items from the artist - a seconds piece and a custom commission. The artist was really easy to talk to and provided regular updates throughout the commission's process. The finished piece is exactly what I had in mind, and beautifully finished. I love the personality of these pieces (considering their expressions are two eyes and a beak, this is a mighty feat!), and you can tell they were made with love and care.

Both items were packed safely, and I love the use of reusable/recyclable materials! Both items were also tracked so I knew exactly where they were on the journey and when to expect them, which is always a nice touch.

I'm sure this won't be my last Richard Moonstreet piece, and I would definitely recommend this artist to others!

Quick shipping, no damage, and as pictured :)
