I got this card as it advertised an 18 month 0% balance transfer , since receiving the card that hasnt been the case so ill be closing the account.

I have been dealing with Jaja for about…
I have been dealing with Jaja for about a year now. It was easy to apply for my card. I find the card helpful in large purchases. The service I have received so far has been helpful and they do not pressure you into increases or credit transfers . I would recommend Jaja to anyone who asked me about them.

My new JaJa card
I have had other cards which I applied for on line, but in my experience this has been the best so far. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and straight forward the whole process was, always kept informed of what was happening. I haven't yet used my card, I'm sure that when I do the process will be seamless.

jaja is a good card to have. Recognized everywhere and very speedy payments at usage.
The credit limit is good but could, perhaps, be a little bit higher as life is becoming more expensive and purchasing power is declining so we can buy less with the same money.
I am very satisfied with the service and I consider getting a Jaja card a very good idea. I would recommend Jaja card to everyone I know.

Great card
Got this card with no intrusive questions and since I have had the card I have found it very easy to use and keep track of my repayments and credit limit, given plenty of notice of when my scheduled payments are and very easy to make increased payments if I choose to, easy to navigate down loaded site, I would have no hesitation to recommend this card to anyone.

My car was blocked since February 2026…
My car was blocked since February 2026 and I have been unable to use my card for my purchase transaction. It's been a sad experience despite my several calls to rectify this. I am the sole user of my card for purchase and cant fathom why I have been barred from using my card

I just give a try by applying for Jaja credit card and within 5minutes l was accepted and approved. I was accepted at the time of my needs because l was moving home and l need some extra money. I would recommend Jaja 100%. 👌👍🏽

Amazing card, Pawel W to the rescue!
4 Stars. Whilst the card is good, the communication could be better via the app, as chats close after 24hrs, unless they reply. My card got locked for trying to buy fireworks, But, Pawel W saved me, because my account was going to be terminated in 7 days [23rd of july], HOWEVER I sent in the documents on the 23rd of june, and was biting my nails because i didn't wanna lose my JaJa card, so Pawel was a legend and looked at my documents, and unlocked my account. I didn't have ID, so, i have to send in alternative ID. And it was annoying that it took so long, so at first i asked them for someone to look at lock on my account and extend the lock, and maybe look at my documents, but, it's a decent card. Please do better on that app chat . Other than that, Thanks again to Pawel W, you're a legend and thanks for sorting me out! Also, please remove the silly 24 closure on chats, or you waste time opening more chats, and stuff. it should be 3 days, not 24 hours. Other than that, i can recommend jaja.
