Jaja's application is straightforward. No BS! THE APP is great. The communication couldn't be better. I don't know, I think it's the best credit card Ive had in the past two decades

Bot did not understand the question

I wasn't able to use the balance transfer with the card I have to transfer from and i5can see no sign of the purchase offer the card came with. Helpful customer service for first issue although rather speak with human straight away. Your bot thinks I want to apply for purchase offer... I just want to make sure the one that should have come with the card is there.

Generous credit limit 💫

Said I would be accepted for this Visa card before applying so nothing to lose. Interest is fairly high though but I got a decent credit limit Fine if you can pay all in full, at least that’s the plan. 💫💫💫

Update

Update. Jaja upheld my claim. Uber paid 20 of 25 transactions back. Jaja paid 1 and gave me £40 goodwill. Several emails to Natalie in Complaints Dept regarding the other 4 but no response. Have to be Financial Ombudsman I’m afraid.
