The thing I really love about JacVapour is their customer service. It’s rare that I do need to contact them, but on the odd occasion when I have I’ve always got a really quick reply from an actual person rather than a chatbot. Always very quick to help and sort out any issues, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I've used the S22 series vape for many years (having been an analogue smoker for decades and now given up entirely) and it's perfect for me. The best thing about it for me, is that you can charge at the same time as vaping, so as I work from home on a laptop, it's great. However, the only thing to remember is NOT to over-tighten the tank to the battery, otherwise you won't get it off to change the coil or eventually replace the battery. Their customer service is second to none (ie. Duncan) and on the rare occasions I've needed assistance, they've got back to me immediately and either sent out a fast replacement or patiently supported me whilst helping resolve the issue.
If you want a reliable supplier for your vaping equipment or are new to vaping and need support and advice, go to JAC vapour!!

Ordered a vape kit which I was initially very pleased with, very good build quality. After a day of use the unit developed a problem. I contacted JAC and they were very helpful, (Duncan in particular). A couple of things were tried but to no avail... eventually the sales department said they would replace the component free of charge, which they did. The item arrived within 24 hours from Scotland to Chelmsford! JAC customer service is excellent... unlike so many other companies. Keep it up, a well deserved 5 stars! Steve Joslin

I’ve been a customer of JV for years now. Quite simply because their products outclass any others I had previously used. They are the best quality & the prices are great too.

One of the most important things for a good company is how does their customer service stand up?

JV’s quite simply go waaaaaay above & waaaay beyond in my personal experience. I had an S22 unit which I started having a real problem with which wasn’t resolving by using different coils, different juices or the air flow. I emailed them & got a reply from a lovely man called Duncan. He listened to what I had to say & replied me. I sent the relevant pictures & info. When I needed to print out a return address label(paid for by Jac V might I add!) & told them I don’t have a printer. They even printed one out for me & posted it immediately!! I was already super impressed but the fact they care for their customers as well as the products really did touch me. I’ve NEVER experienced this level of care from customer service online or in real life!!

JV didn’t just resolve the problem, they made sure I was beyond happy with their service AND products!! I’m a low income household & especially in the financial times we find ourselves in, this is even more important to me, that a company takes me as their customer seriously & fixes any problem in a satisfactory manner. Jac Vapour smashed that out of the ball park!!!

This is why I say with 100% honesty, & without any hesitation, that Jac Vapour are easily the ‘John Lewis’ of the Vape Market!! I don’t know how else I can extremely express & impress how totally fantastic this company is!! Order from them without worry or doubt, they simply ARE the best!!

I have had a couple of issues with the VIM charging ports and each time Duncan and Jade in the customer services are incredibly helpful. Swapping a product is actually a pleasant experience.
