Bar raising customer service and vape experience!
I've been a Jac Vapour customer for nearly 8 years and can testify to the excellent quality of the products (I love the S22 and the Jac Original e liquids!). I reached out to Customer Service for the first time the other day and was stunned to get a lightning fast response to my query. I had an issue with some coils and Duncan sent me a troubleshooting guide and arranged for replacement coils to be delivered the next day! He was so helpful and genuinely wanted to ensure I had a superb customer experience.
The products speak for themselves - hence my loyalty as a customer. But the customer service raises the bar x10!

I've been buying my e-liquids for a while now from Jac Vapour and was never disappointed. The flavours of premium e-liquids are fantastic so it's 5 stars just for their products alone.
Recently I had an unfortunate situation where Royal Mail has lost my parcel. I emailed Jac Vapour cs, explaining my predicament and within a day I had a responce from Duncan who was so helpful and straight away arranged for my order to be replaced. He not only arranged 24 tracked delivery for me but also allowed me to change my delivery address so I would not miss my parcel.
Absolute legend! Thats another 5 star for customer service experience.
What more could I ask for.

First Class Products and Customer Service
I've been buying Jac Vapour products for years and not only are their products excellent but their customer service is first class. One the rare occasion that I have a problem, they deal with the issue super fast and replacements are despatched almost immediately. Keep up the fantastic work Jac Vapour!

Been using jac vapour for the last 4 years or so. Brilliant products but also absolutely brilliant customer service. One of the best customer service I’ve experienced in my life! They are so helpful and friendly! Shout out to the whole Jac Vapour Team specially Duncan he is so very brilliant!

Great customer service
I've been using my series S-22 for years now and it's been battered and bruised along the way but still working perfectly! Great products as well as helpful and timely customer service whenever any issues do arise.

Amazing customer service from Duncan today. Issue over Christmas with S22 battery. Duncan responded first thing this morning, after a couple of quick questions he arranged a replacement battery which should be with me tomorrow. Excellent service.
