I emailed customer service not long ago obviously stating that my gambling has spiralled out of control informing them I’d lost everything and nothing was put in place on my account to ensure customer safety. I then went on this week to loose every penny to my name, since yesterday I have been kicked out of my house and lost my partner.
I emailed cs again and they’re now calling me the wrong name just sending me the same email. I loved the casino before this awful customer service. Seems that you don’t care about customers after all
