Account verified, deposits accepted, withdrawal blocked

I registered on jackpotraider.uk believing this was a UK-operating casino due to the .uk domain and references to UK Gambling Commission requirements on the website.
My account was fully verified with my UK address and documents. Deposits were accepted without any issue through multiple payment processors.
However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal was refused and delayed without clear explanation. Support stopped responding properly and kept giving generic replies without resolving the issue.
Later I discovered many other users reporting very similar experiences on Trustpilot and other forums.
I also noticed that many positive reviews appear very generic and do not describe real gameplay or withdrawal experiences, which makes it difficult to understand which feedback reflects genuine customer situations.
What is especially concerning is that the website itself states that customer funds are classified as “Not Protected” under UK Gambling Commission definitions in case of insolvency. This is something most players would never notice before depositing.
The platform looks legitimate and UK-oriented, but the way withdrawals are handled and how customer funds are treated raises serious concerns.
I would strongly advise other players to be extremely cautious.

I’ve been trying for two weeks to withdraw my money, and the verification process has been extremely frustrating. I’ve already provided the required proof — including the date and bank statement showing the payment leaving my account — yet I’m still being told there’s not enough evidence. This site is a scam

II would NOT recommend this site to anyone unless you want to find you lose some much money. The bonuses are unbelievably bad, the free spins offered pay out only a tiny amount. The restrctions on withdrawals also you will find if you do manage to reach the threshold for withdrawal which is £100 you will find that there is a betting limit were by you have to of spent the amount deposited for example wager £30 you need to have spent £30 before you can withdraw.

Withdrawal chaos and refusal to provide any information for my bank

Awful service. Withdrawal accepted ten days ago, only received today after having to fight for it. Zero contact from them unless prompted. No one told me my payment had not gone through. Quite the opposite , I received emails stating payment had cleared. Demanded bank statements that had no link to my account. Generic replies, patronising, refused to give any details of payment issuer platform, refused to confirm how they transferred, refused to give reference for bank. Terrible service. “Gifted” a bonus for my patience with wager meaning impossible to actually benefit from it so completely pointless and in no way compensation. Avoid!! My bank revert 800£ ( 926 euro ) I withdraw cause way how they transferred. They admit recived money after 3 weeks and took another week for me to keep approaching them after providing all needed of new bank as old one been closed , to say they need statement again which I did provide and since then waiting as they do
Their investigation for money they know mine admit it’s mine and they already transfer it before .

After I keep approaching them and ask why it’s more then a month to get back my money finally after more days pass by ,they say money been refund to my new bank account , as I don’t believe them as not only transfer before they play games , they also took 2880£ from my account balance while I was not playing or was in a hand and while I was so upset and ask for screenshots to prove that as 1000% I was not they only after say I file police report immediate answer no Error happen . If that the case where is the screenshots or video show their claim.

Back to refund I check with few different support and all day been refunded so I ask to give me
Transfer receipt as week pass by since they say it and no money received

Email them which I did and when finally after more days answer came
They sent screenshots of very very old withdrawals not related to the refund but did mention it’s been made and should receive soon if not already .

Since then it’s games after games lies after lies but no money in my bank no transfer reference just lies

A legit site won’t take so long to refund and for sure after admitting they got funds and it been refund , there should not be any problem to provide transfer receipt, and would not send me old transfers not relevant to old account .

Further more when there is error they should not have issue as all recorded to provide screenshots why 2880£ been taken out of my account balance while not playing .
