I ordered two Jeans using a time…

I ordered two Jeans using a time limited offer. The package was delivered extremely late and it looked lika as if it was my choice to have it delivered on a specific late date. Unfortunately the size was wrong and the offer was not valid anymore. Sent everything back, disappointed.

Dear Jack & Jones Support Team,

I am writing to raise a quality concern regarding my recent purchase under Order ID: JJ31322831.

The product purchased was Beige Distressed Frank Anti Fit Jeans (Size: 33/32), priced at ₹5,999.

After following the recommended wash instructions and washing the jeans for the first time, I noticed a significant issue. The color from the pockets and the back leather tag has bled onto the fabric, leaving visible stains and discoloration across different areas of the jeans. This has adversely affected the overall appearance of the product and is highly disappointing, especially considering the premium price point.

As this issue occurred after just a single wash, I believe it indicates a manufacturing or quality defect rather than normal wear and tear.

I request you to kindly investigate this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, whether through a replacement, exchange, or any other suitable remedy under your quality assurance policy.

I have photographs of the affected jeans and can share them if required.

Looking forward to your prompt response and assistance.

This was a surprise to me. I buy a lot online, but you are the first to have to pay for returns. I will not recommend you to anyone


If you return the goods using our return label, you will be charged an amount of $7.95, which will be deducted from your refund. We charge the costs of returning per order returned to us. You are responsible for the return of the item(s).......
