I did my cycles with Serum back in 2016 and 2019 which resulted in my two children. We will be forever grateful for the staff and team there showing us compassion and care as we walked through the emotional process.

I’ve been to Serum in Athens twice now, and I can honestly say it's the best clinic if you’re looking for a more personal touch. I had my son three years ago following a successful low-stimulation cycle (my first), and I recently returned for a FET with my remaining two embryos.

The clinic has moved locations since my first visit (it is very swanky now), and while a lot has changed, their exceptional care and commitment remain unwavering.

Penny, the founder and owner, is incredibly empathetic and genuinely cares about every patient. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond, offering unparalleled support. Where else can you text your coordinator almost anytime and receive a prompt response? Their responsiveness is truly remarkable.
However, I’ve seen firsthand how this can sometimes be taken advantage of or taken for granted by some patients - sometimes I think people get used to such high standards of care that they want even more. I don’t know how they do it - but bravo.

Thank you, Serum, for everything you’ve done for me. While our journey together has now come to an end, I will always be grateful for your existence.

My final recommendation for anyone planning to visit Serum: I highly recommend staying at Seroom Suites, located right next door to the clinic. It offers luxury accommodation and an affordable price, making your experience not only convenient but also comfortable and relaxing.

My wife and I have nothing but praise for Serum. After visiting other clinics without success, we found that the team at Serum genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being and works hard to tailor treatment to individual needs.

5 stars doesn’t really do this clinic justice, after numerous failed rounds of ivf and years of heartbreak Serum made our dreams of having a family come true! Penny is a true Angel and cares so much about each patient, we felt like people rather than just numbers for the first time. The treatment and service is next level and worth every penny compared with the U.K. thank you to the amazing Serum team!

We had IVF at serum after 5 years of miscarriages and failed fertility treatments in the UK. We used a donor egg & my husband’s sperm. We had one round of IVF in September 2019 and our son was born in May 2020. I cannot recommend the clinic more, I’m so grateful for everything they have done for us, they made me a mummy, they made my husband a daddy and they did it with such care and attention. It felt like such a different experience from previous rounds from the outset. In the U.K. I found they would wait for rounds to fail before trying something else, maybe I might have natural killer cells, an infection, thin lining - it felt like such a battle. What I love about serum is they addressed every possible scenario before we had transfer. Unfortunately our son became unwell and needed a liver transplant at 5 months old and I me turn this as the clinic were amazing. Assisting with DNA samples etc for the donor when our son was undergoing testing to help him get a diagnosis to get treated. This was honestly invaluable. I am so happy to say that our Lion is doing so well. He’s at preschool, running round, eating us out of house and home and singing to us and making us laugh constantly. Our boy is perfect, everything I dreamed of for so many years. He’s beautiful and strong and kind and funny and caring. We are just about to embark on another donor egg round of IVF with serum to hopefully have another and I’m so grateful for the love and care serum have shown us. I visited the clinic last month to get things moving and have a procedure to prepare me for our cycle and they were amazing as ever. I could not say enough good things about the clinic, the consultants, the doctors, the embryologists the midwife’s, the receptionists - everyone. If you are considering ivf with or without using a donor I’d recommend serum wholeheartedly. These guys are amazing, follow their advice and recommendations - give yourself the best chance. I had treatment at Serum after several failed rounds in the UK. From the first contact I was so impressed and felt like the initial contact questionnaire took more information about us than any Dr we saw in the UK. Serum are so thorough in their approach and with them we had our longed for little boy with them. We still have regular contact with our clinician and share updates. The clinic is state of the art, all the staff are so friendly and I have always felt such warmth and compassion from the staff. I am so glad we decided to go abroad and for the care Serum gave us.

Five stars is not enough! Our family is complete thanks to Serum and we are forever grateful to Penny and her team for leading us through the past 5 years! Words cannot express enough how much we love this clinic! We flew 7000 miles each way to this clinic from California and we wouldn’t change a thing about our journey. Treatment itself was much more innovative than what is typically offered in the US. Plus the pricing was extremely reasonable and you will simply not find another clinic that nurtures your relationship and values you as a human being like Serum does. Whatever the challenge is the team at Serum will find a solution until you can happily say that your family is complete. Over the past 4 years we welcomed two beautiful healthy children through IVF and had wonderful pregnancies with both thanks to the support at Serum. They are simply an extraordinary group of people. I had a really good experience of Serum IVF clinic! Friendly staff, fast and reliable answers to my questions, help with travel arrangements as well as were to order donor eggs, sperm and medications and - best of all - I got pregnant at the first attempt!

The staff had good understanding of my situation as a older single mother and helped me with the application to the IVF committee in the best possible of ways.

I also got good help with my questions once I was back home.

All in all - everyone at Serum IVF clinic wants the patients to succeed and will do the best to fulfill the dreams of their patients.

Serum IVF is superb!

Unfortunately the UK & Ireland are miles behind the Europeans with regard to IVF. This clinic is one of, if not the best. The whole experience is completely different to UK/Ireland. It is family orientated and in a very relaxed setting. Also very efficient.
The organisation, support, and clinical expertise are all second to none. The whole Ethos is patient centered rather than in the UK/Ireland where they are trying to fit you in with their schedule.

The English language skills of all the staff I met were also impeccable.

The amount of tests, investigations and treatment options again far outstrip clinics in UK/Ireland.

Serum IVF website is excellent. It is very informative and easy to navigate.

The cost of treatment in Greece is approximately 2/3 of UK/Ireland prices and the medications are 1/2 the price, with no supply issues.

I cannot praise Serum IVF enough.

Serum has a very personal and attentive approach to treatment. Emails are dealt with very swiftly and you have one point of contact (an IVF specialist) who oversees your treatment. It all runs very smoothly with each dept. talking with each other and is really easy to be a patient there. You feel very looked after. After poor, disorganised, expensive treatment in the UK, I'd recommend Serum without doubt.

We couldn't recommend Serum highly enough. We had failed IVF cycles in Ireland 4 times and were referred by a friend to Serum and we never looked back. They went that extra mile with investigations to have the correct outcome. We now have beautiful twins

I had four failed rounds of IVF at a tertiary centre in London. We had been struggling to conceive for 4 years when I found Serum through a google search. I met the team in June 2023 for initial tests and by July I was pregnant from my first cycle. The process was smooth and hassle free. The team are incredibly professional, responsive to emails and very friendly. Greece is beautiful and the people are lovely. I was apprehensive about going abroad and the cost of IVF. Our stay in Greece and the treatment turned out to be cheaper than a cycle of IVF in the UK. I will forever be grateful to Dr Koutoulakis for his professionalism, skill and care which led to our baby boy.

Serum IVF clinic handled our complicated fertility issues excellently with huge support, patience and help. Their supportive counsellings proved extra helpful.

We come from Greece, Crete and my partner had already been tested for DNA fragmentation to a local clinic in Crete Island in Heraklion. However, although my partner's test results showed 28 % fragmentation, the stuff in insisted it was considered normal value. This misconception ended up delaying our fertility treatment.

Luckily, we were introduced to Serum IVF and the clinic explained that DNA fragmentation shouldn't be above 20%. We felt grateful as we then got prescribed both medications and vitamins.

To our surprise, laboratory test results illustrated chlamydia infection. Serum IVF clinic prescribed us the right treatment. And in 40 days, we felt like it is definitely the right time to try to conceive naturally.

Conceived 100% naturally. My daughter is now seven years old and twin boys turned 5. We feel so thankful!

Serum were amazing. After speaking with some friends who had experienced pretty much ever IVF clinics in the UK and Europe over a 10 year period, they had recommended Serum to us at the start of our journey. On this advice we went with Serum and were very impressed by everything. Everyone was very friendly which really helps, as this journey is quite stressful.

We expected to need several rounds, but luckily, we had success on our first! Our beautiful baby boy was born this March!

Initially, we thought twice about flying to Greece for treatment, but luckily we followed the advice of our very experienced friends and have no regrets. The bonus was that we got to visit Greece a few times and we look back with fond memories on the treatment and our trips around Athens and the nearby islands.

Highly recommended Serum! They gave me my twin girls on my first IVF Cycle after 4 years of infertility, 3 failed IUIs. The team at Serum is so helpful and organized. They help plan everything out to make the process seamless. We will be going back in June to try for a sibling!

I will forever be grateful for all the staff at Serum, they were so kind, friendly and truly wanted us to succeed in our pregnancy journey. This is the very best fertility clinic! Our emails, voice/video calls were always answered promptly. The numerous follow ups and all the treatments was always done towards our aim to succeed. Penny literally held my hand throughout this journey even when I was almost giving up she was there encouraging me and supporting me, i can never thank her enough. We were recommended Serum IVF by a friend and I can honestly say that after 5 years of infertility it was the best decision we made. I think their secret to success is down to mixing "a little bit of love and science together". We felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as we stepped into their clinic. I wish there were more stars, 5 is just not enough. We cannot thank Penny and her wonderful team enough. They are our true angles and given us what we have dream of after undergoing 9 IVF treatments. Serum itself is a wonderful place to visit, you are made to feel relaxed, your queries are answered straightaway. We also stayed and Seroom which was absolutely amazing, its literally a 30 second walk to Serum and has all the facilities that you need. Since our journey started with Serum we have recommended a few people to visit as it beats any London IVF clinic by a mile.

5 Stars are not enough to award Serum.

We found Serum after our efforts were frustrated elsewhere. With starting with another clinic we were worried that we would be pushed to the back of the long line of people, who just like us were looking to start their families.

That couldn’t be further from the truth. As soon as first contact was made everything happened super quickly. Serum reached out to us to set up the initial call where our case was discussed. We left the call feeling heard and confident with our decision to go with Serum.

Next stop, Greece. We arrived nervous and not sure what to expect. The doctors assigned to our case reviewed it extensively and came up with a plan to make our dream come true. Like every journey, we came to a standstill when we unfortunately suffered a miscarriage. Confused and not sure what to do Serum showed up for us. They gave us the space to go through our loss and when we were ready the doctor made a new plan. I am glad as I write this to share that our home has been filled with the coos of our 7-week-old daughter.

Not only did Serum help us have our daughter but our doctor who knew how I, a woman with PCOS was struggling to maintain a healthy weight guided me on what food habits would best help me achieve this goal.

We can't thank Serum enough for showing up for us and making our dream come true.

I am so happy I went with serum on my first ivf round. From the beginning they made me so comfortable and made me feel really at ease. Every step was explained to me but i really felt confident they knew what they were doing so I just put all my trust in them. After my first round of ivf I was successful with twins. My beautiful boys turn 7 months this week. Thank god for serum I might never of been given this beautiful gift of being a mam if I hadent went with my gut and trusted instinct. I will always be grateful for this clinic.
