Would not recommend them at all.
My company was charged in advanced £220 for Full interior valet and smoke/odour kit on fleet vehicle.
Worker turn up at 8 and after 45 min knock on the door that the job is done, came and showed him it’s not really finished and still much more to be cleaned, he said I’ve got another job to turn to shortly and I can’t access inside anymore since the smoke/odour kit is active and should not open the doors until 3pm!!! And left the vehicle middle of two parking bays…
Contacted the company and provided them with photos and asked for revisit to complete the job.
All they replied was: happy to do more work by it’ll be charged!!!!

No reply to my messages anymore and they have blocked my messages on the FB page.
Any cheap car wash would simply clean the windscreen but this perfectional company needs an extra charge to come and complete the standard job.

Really thorough valet done in street from fully equipped van with power and power. Very pleasant and polite person who just got on with the job.

I’ve booked in a lot with this company since 2018. Their professionalism and capability is the best.

You get what you pay for and they offer a huge spectrum of work that they can carry out. From basic valets through to the best details. You won’t be disappointed.

Quality of valet and customer service was next level.

I had an excellent service today from Craig valeting my car. He was extremely helpful and did an amazing job on my car.

I had doubts that the horrible odour left by the previous owners would ever go, but now it smells better than new!

Craig went above and beyond and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. I 100% will be using them again for any valeting in the future.

Would not use again. Had my car cleaned today and was meant to have stone chip repairs done and tar removed. I mistakenly thought the iron fallout on the bottom of the car was tar. Once i sent pictures they told me that wasnt tar it was iron fallout. Fair enough my fault but not sure where they removed tar from as the car looked exactly same and dont think i actually had any on the car in the beginning. But I accept i was at fault for thinking the spots on the car were tar to begin with. Even though i think again there could have been some communication from the bloke that came out. The Stone chips were not done or communicated that they would not be done. Employee came and had to leave again to get petrol for the generator. Fair enough. But still should have been done before the job ready. Once the worker had left i went to check to realise the repairs hadn’t been done. And to be honest the wash looked no better then a average car wash you would have anywhere else. Once i contacted them about the repair not being done and no mention of this at all. They were very defensive and didn’t apologise for the lack of communication and blamed it on not having the paint code and the weather not being great. Again no communication prior to this about any code or anything about the weather. They said that they would be back later in the week to do the repair. They obviously just assume that customers can read minds. I booked for a service i only part received and then had rude customer service once i questioned this. I feel like iv paid £60 for a basic wash and apparently tar removal even though i dont know where from because the car looks no different. Wouldnt use again and if you are thinking of using maybe Makesure your getting what you have booked. But honestly i would find a better company with more respect for there customers. An apology for not doing the work i booked in to do would have gone a long way.. and maybe some better customer service skills. Will not be getting the stone chip repairs done by them and will go elsewhere. This was in cambridge

I have to say a massive thank you Rob and Lewis from the iValet team.
We had Lewis come out to us, who was very hard working and a polite chap who took great care and had a high attention to detail.

We had my partner's new Picanto GT Line S, Gtechniq new car protection treatment.
The car looks amazing, even better than the day she collected it from the local dealer.

I then looked to have my Honda Civic done, but due to the previous owner's lack of care, it was recommended that I have a machine polish then have the Gtechniq system.
The car paint work has never looked so deep and clean.
I am amazed by the final finish on both cars
I cannot recommend them highly enough for a professional and prompt service.
