Booking experience was easy and within the timeframe I needed due to a sale on a vehicle. Clean was meticulous inside and out. Great value for money, definitely use again.

Each time I ask Rob to clean my car it ends up with a showroom finish. His staff are friendly and polite and I will definitely use his services again.

As I had used them many times before, I contacted Rob at iValet to arrange a car clean before selling my 5 year old Seat Ibiza.
Rob sent along one of his first class valeters Ricky.
When he had finished, the car looked better than when I bought it.

we have no issues with the technicians who have always been great but the service is so unreliable had an appointment booked for my car to get ready for my mums funeral
no one turned up I contacted after 40 mins told they had tried to ring me I had had no phone call then proceeded to blame me I would not recommend after thr review posted I was contacted and told by I valet to remove my review please see email sent below Hi Catherine

Ben was cheerful, polite and extremely professional. Had the luxury valeting, leather seat clean and hydrolite coating. Car looks amazing! He did an incredible job, the car is spotless!

I had the Gtechniq Serum applied and the car looks fantastic, a great bunch of guys who care and go the extra mile.

Absolutely fantastic experience, the employee was polite and very skillful. My cars never looked cleaner! Will be asking them to come back!

Absolutely rubbish. Used via porache high Wycombe and these unskilled and incompetent fools gave me the car back dirty, in every area. No attention to detail, whole parts missed and car damaged. Yep. They left swirl marks all over my car. They are cheap and nasty. And the cocky boy who did it was too arrogant and defensive to see what a poor job he did.

James did a fantastic job with the classic clean on our two cars today. Rearranged due to weather, James turned up promptly and did a fantastic clean on both cars. His signature is to create "lawn stripes" on the carpets which just illustrates his attention to detail. Have been a long time customer and every time we've had a great clean.

A great company. Logan is a fantastic detailer who goes above and beyond. The difference between this service and local hand wash services is remarkable.

Excellent company. Chris Allison introduced himself to one of my van guys and asked about the van wash. My guy passed the details on and I spoke to Chris, who is now cleaning the 7 vans we have on the south coast working for Walkers crisps. Chris is an excellent operator and communicates with the guys and lets them know exactly when he will be there, he then sends through images of the vans that have been done. The vans are immaculate, can’t complain at all about any aspect of this company or Chris. Top work A*

I wanted my car valeting but I didn't want to travel miles to get it done, I contacted iValet who do valeting at your home, and within minutes they got back to me with a quote and a day acceptable to myself, to have it done at my home address was fantastic and saved me having to take a day to drop it off etc. The standard of work is way above my expectation, such quality, my car looks amazing almost brand new. The guy who valeted my car was courteous and kind, really worked hard, and super professional, I trusted them to do a good job, but they surpassed that. I would willingly recommend iValet to anyone.
