I contacted Iva.com as my finances were out of control and a total mess. I spoke with Keith White who was a huge help, doesn’t judge you and was the calming influence in taking one of the most nerve wracking decisions I’ve ever had to make. A fabulous experience from first contact to finally having my Iva accepted and set up. Again I can’t say how helpful Keith was through the whole process, wonderfully calming and always there for any questions you have no matter how silly they sounded to you, always replied to you no matter when you sent a question. If you’re unsure as I was please just make contact and Keith will guide you and advise you in the right direction. So glad I took the step, I’m now set up and looking forward without having to look over my shoulder or out of the window. Thanks again Keith.

After searching on Google for financial help/options after months of struggling to keep up with debt repayments, I came across IVA.com and Keith White. I sent an initial email enquiring about my possible options and Keith got back to me very promptly and asked for further information to ensure he could give me the best advice in my circumstances. A few very friendly and helpful emails later, and an optional phone call and that was everything sorted. My IVA, is now in place and I am making one manageable monthly payment and the huge burden I was secretly carrying has been lifted for good.
For anyone wondering where to turn next, I would advise speaking to Keith. So helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with, It is the best decision I have made in years and has made a massive difference to my life and to getting myself back on track after divorce and redundancy and mounting debts had me wondering where to turn next.

Absolutely Invaluable! Dealing with debt can be overwhelming and scary, and I contacted Keith at IVA.com for some information. He was helpful, non pushy and very friendly. He answered my questions and helped me understand what would happen, as well as put my mind at ease.

In truth, I had originally contacted one of the charities regarding this, and then decided not to go ahead as they made it all seem very scary. But Keith and the IVA team/process where amazing and also told me about options I didn't even know were available, such as the ability to pay one lump sum and complete your IVA with immediate effect if accepted.

This has allowed me to clear debts and start fresh, without it hanging over me for 5 years.

After many sleepless nights, panicking about the future and a lot of google searching I came across Keith White and Iva.com. He talked me through all my options via email at my request. This was super helpful as I was at work and didn’t want to take calls.

He made sure I understood all my options and at no point did I feel any pressure to move forward. In fact I put my plans on for a while To give myself time to decide what to do. Having just completed my iva and now it's up and running after many nervous days worrying on how to remove the situation I found myself in. but what a relief it was to talk with Keith. The company is so switched on in all aspects of obtaining a iva. Keith is warm so understanding and takes you through the process step by step all made simple 1/debt amount /2outgoings/3income we gave all documentation via email /text/phone they always get back to you even if it's to say thanks for documents Keith will even call to say that they have forwarded the documents and just awaiting response but he will always commit 100% to you. You don't ever get passed to anyone different if anyone is reading this please call Keith at the company above you will be treated 100%. Professionally and be on the way to the iva that will change your life and be debt free.

Some friends recommended I try the IVA option as it had really helped them get their lives back on track after their business had gone into serious debt, and things had spiralled out of control.
I was in the same position and was desperate to find a solution to the constant worry and sleepless nights.
I googled IVA and IVA.com came up
I mustered the courage to call and it was the best thing I could have done.
From the moment Keith answered and talked me through the initial process, I was put at ease- he was so patient and professional and understanding, and I immediately felt that there was a light at the end of the tunnel!!
I was convinced by his approach and never even bothered approaching amy other companies.
Keith helped me via email and phone calls, to gather all the figures and documentation that were required in order to put together a viable case for an IVA with my creditors.
Once that was in place, he handed me over to a colleague at a company called French Duncan, who was to be my dedicated contact for the duration of my IVA.
The minute that my application was approved by my creditors, it felt like an anchor had been removed from my shoulders.
I am now into month 2 of a fixed, manageable payment, which will last for 5 years, and all my business debts have been consolodated and the interest frozen...
I only wish I had done this sooner!!

After being in a difficult relationship and piling up debt and the fact that I had to take an Iva for the second time, your advice and guidance was really appreciated. Been debating for a few months on what to do about my finances. They were spiralling out of control, reason being interest free credit cards coming to an end and charging interest. It seemed easy to transfer to another interest free card at the end of it, all the adverts everywhere on TV or radio advised you to do it. It proved impossible and thereafter sleepless nights. Tried a loan too just to pay it off in a certain time. Nothing would work.
Thats when I contacted Keith and explained the situation. He was very helpful and put my mind at ease straight away. We went through all the solutions and decided on an answer. He contacted Forest King on my behalf and within a few weeks of contacting them it was all sorted.

After struggling with finances for a while I took up the courage to get help and looked in the internet for debt help. Dealing with Keith was so easy, working full time it is difficult to find time for confidential conversations and getting all details together so found myself replying in the evening or weekend. Keith was excellent and fully understood and we managed to get everything together via email.
