No nonsense, no ridiculous scaremongering... Just solid fact based advice backed up with empathy and a desire to help realise practical solutions to serious debt problems.

I ended up in an iva, paying 25% off of my total debt over 5 years... This is affordable, fair, and has taken all worry I once had completely away.. As pointed out by Keith, it was the most appropriate solution for my situation.

Keith was respectful and diligent in his dealings with me, and though its obvious he gets paid for his efforts (though not directly from you) .. You can tell he gets satisfaction from helping partner debters with the right solutions and them being successful.

My Iva company are called Forest King and have thus far been exemplary, their expediency was certainly welcome after many months of stress and worry, total time from application to agreeance was 4 weeks give or take a day or two.

To anyone struggling with debt I say this, contact Keith at iva.com and have a full and frank conversation knowing you're not being judged, rather you're being rescued from the never ending junk mail/creditor wheel of stress!

P.s. Debt is never about how much you owe, it's about how you got there in the first place... Break the cycle, get help!

I was rather nervous about contacting IVA regarding my financial situation as i thought it was going to be a very stressful process but i'm so glad I did. I’m sharing my experience as I was anxious and worried all the time. I can not believe how easy the steps to doing an IVA was but in my case thanks to Keith white. Hi, I was really nervous and apprehensive after years of hiding behind spiraling debt borrowing from one to another.
I even took £50k redundancy to pay debt off and still it came back and grew, I realized I had to do something and that's when a friend mentioned IVA's as she had one
Filled out details and Keith was in touch same day, kept me in the loop all the way through until handed over to IP, and then of day of acceptance even followed up with a mail to see if all was ok.

These guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish ! We dealt with Keith white from the initial conversation and now our IVA has been set up he’s still taken the time to check in on us. It was nerve wracking at first so I dealt in emails until I had the confidence to talk on the phone. These guys did not once pass judgement on my debt or ask questions on the how’s and why’s. They took me through my realistic budget and took into account I had children. We have gone from paying over £600 a month to just over £100! I cannot tell you the relief that has come from this and the fact we can afford to live and move on with our lives without dreading phone calls and opening post! These guys are so amazing I just wish I had the confidence to speak to them sooner! Thank you Iva.com and Keith white so so much! You were our lifeline in a dark time. Very happy with the service i received. Keith was friendly and patient with me. I took my time making my decision and he fully understood. I did not feel judged at all and i received all the help and advice i needed. Nothing was over complicated and was an easy process.

I’m so glad that i found Keith and Iva.com. I had originally been referred to an Iva company by a charity. But i found them to be not very sympathetic and when an issue arose about the money my parents had given me to help with my massive overdraft. I was informed I would have to have a letter signed by both of them regarding the money they had given me. Which meant I would have to tell them about how much debt I was in and that I was applying for an Iva. I was completely stressed out and came across the Iva.com forum where I asked if this was absolutely necessary. Keith emailed me and assured me it wasn’t and gave me his contact details. From the moment I spoke to him he reassured me and helped me through the process of applying for my Iva. He is fantastic and not judgmental.

Well where do I start......when you pick up the phone and speak to Keith.....from the very first moment..... you get that feeling that your debt issues are going to get resolved. This is just a natural talent either you have it or you don’t.
The feeling is then confirmed... with in about 4 weeks of me sending in all the paperwork an IVA is accepted
