I am a composer and record new songs as voice memos on my iPhone7 almost daily. But when trying to copy files from the iphone to my Windows 10 PC, it seems to be an impossible task. Itunes is created for song listeners, not creators. I understand mine is not a typical situation, most users buy songs as a product. Still, I could use a little bit more freedom and flexibility with my own songs. The Help file does not help at all, and Apple customer support could not help me without account authorization. Totally unsatisfied, will buy Android next time. Copying files should be easier than it is.

Lots of great music, but unfortunately if things mess up or you get locked out it is super hard to get back in. Wish it was more of an open platform

They are in charge of every subscription service as to apps on appstore and you have to go through their not existing customer service if you require a refund. They will have you report the charge, and then you will only get a message that it is not accepted and nothing about why..

Once I lost ALL of my songs and it was super annoying to get them back, it was a few years ago but what I hate the most is that they gave me back only about 60% of my libary. Switched to spotify as soon as I learned about them.

I Didnt know what iTunes was until $162 was drafted out of my account without my permission. We will soon be going to dispute with this company.

Having signed up for Norton on a free trial I was subsequently charged for a years subscription. I had forgotten to cancel the free trial which I had did not use.
I then tried to use it to protect my PC and was advised it is was Apple products only.
I contacted Apple on a couple for a refund and received no response.
I have just contacted them again and saw a comment saying I was not eligible for a refund.
They did not bother to contact me to explain why.
Such poor customer service!

It's very best software for the syncing music and other stuffs. But they need to improve some user interface of the programme. Otherthan that, no any issue. Recommended for everyone.

I signed up for a free trial with an app which I purchased via itunes, and I didn't like the app - so I cancelled it once the period had ended (and within the 14 period you have to cancel an app). But I noticed that they're now charging me for a subscription. I contacted both the app & iTunes to explain, and both are refusing to cancel to and issue me with a refund. I've contacted customer services so many times, to no avail. They're probably going to respond to this comment saying 'message us' etc. That's just for show, we know that's a tactic to make it seem that you're responding to customers.

It's still too much bugs it's can be better but not bad.

Apple needs more innovation, they can certainly do better

After an accidental purchase of an Apple Music subscription, went to report it to reportaproblem.apple.com and was denied twice for my “accidental purchase” request with no reason. If this option is not valid to get a refund why is it even there? Absolutely unacceptable, a big company like this is after small money. Google’s refund policies are 100 times better than this disgusting company.
