I emailed them to ask about delivery of cricket equipment to France. Their response was very fast, and useful, and the price reasonable. I ordered online and swiftly got a confirmation that delivery was on its way. Excellent service all around.

Hi, we are sorry that you feel this way. We checked our records and you placed the order on February 18th and it was refunded on February 24th. This is, admittedly, a bit slower than normal for us, but that was because we were short staffed that week due to a family bereavement. We take your feedback on board, however, and will do our best to process refunds quicker in future regardless of our staff members' personal circumstances.
