My first time purchasing from ItsHot was a great experience. I had previously had a bad experience trying to purchase the chain I wanted, with both vendors sending me a chain that did not meet the exact description, which were returned. My payment method needed to be verified by ItsHot due to fraud prevention, so there was an unexpected hiccup, but Tina at ItsHot was extremely prompt, professional, and easy to deal with… so the hiccup was dealt with swiftly and a reassurance that I was buying from a quality dealer that truly cared about their customer’s experience.
