I ordered two hollow 10K rope chains
I ordered two hollow 10K rope chains. I wore one of them and it popped shortly after. I ordered a replacement for that chain, then took the second chain out of the box, and it popped before I even had a chance to wear it.
At this point, this feels like a quality issue. I understand hollow chains are more delicate, but both chains breaking under normal handling is unacceptable.

Sorry you are having issues with the hollow chain. We specifically mention that these are not good for wearing a pendant on them, and you should not be sleeping with a hollow chain because they are too fragile. To wear a pendant or if you would like to wear the chain without removing it, please go for a solid chain.

Incorrect carat weight...
I first want to say that this was the FIFTH watch we have purchased here. I LOVE my watches.
The 3 CARAT Montana was purchased for my Mother's Day. I currently have the black one and the mother of pearl and love them so much I wanted the blue one (yes, I love to match outfits).
We ordered the blue one... When it arrived it was obviously much smaller, and I knew it was not the same 3 carat weight purchased before.. I compared it with the other two and as I suspected, it was much smaller. I took pictures and sent them to customer service. The difference was obvious.
I had to pack the watch back up, take it to FedEX, and now I wait to see if the appropriate carat weight will be sent.
It was really disappointing, particularly for Mother's Day, and I asked if they would overnight the replacement and I don't have a response yet.
As I mentioned, this is my FIFTH purchase, and my daughter bought one, as well, so I have been very happy with previous purchases... I hope this is resolved. :(

Sorry you are not happy with the item. I see you purchased a men's diamond bracelet for $500. We provide great values, and at $500 the bracelet provides a great value, but it is definitely not the same as a $5,000 one. Please contact us and you can return your item for a full refund, exchange it for a higher end bracelet (we have over 20,000 items ranging from under $500 to over $100k) or we will be happy to work with you to even create a custom bracelet to your exact specifications (we specialize in custom orders, so anything is possible with our team, any design you have in mind, with any type and quality of diamonds or gemstones).

I paid $150 extra for overnight delivery and haven’t received anything yet. Estimated delivery says 6/2 which would be almost a month out. Pretty ridiculous I paid $150 extra when I could just did the free shipping.

When you are viewing our items we are clearly showing availability and earliest delivery dates for the items. Some items are in stock and can be shipped right away, some might need to be manufactured, some need to be sized, etc. So in that delivery date when you are viewing items manufacturing time is calculated if item is out of stock. When you select the shipping method (as you did for FedEx Overnight), you are paying for FedEx delivery, how fast your order will be delivered to you once order is shipped. So for example it takes a week to manufacture some item and you paid for overnight delivery, it means that we will still need a week to make the item, but you will receive on the next day once it is made and shipped. Sorry if it was confusing and hope it makes sense now.
