I shopped around at plenty of places when looking for an engagement ring and ended up going to ItsHot. Best employees, no pressure and very educational. The rings were also listed at a lower cost for the same specs at other jewelers.

I had a great experience shopping here! I found black diamond earrings I fell in love with and I immediately bought them! Took a bit long to receive them due to covid but they are definitely worth the wait and worth every penny I spent on them! Love the earrings and soon will be back for a matching black diamond ring.

I had a great experience here! I bought a Ruxurman diamond watch for my nephew as a present and a Rolex watch for myself. Both watches have real diamonds. The watches are in a different class and price range but I was surprised how nicely the Luxurman watch is made and looks. Rolex is an old time classic and I have a collection of them, wanted to add a diamond Rolex and ItsHot has the best prices for quality watches with real diamonds (diamonds are of a very good quality too). Thank you!

This company has a "Best Price Guarantee" but unfortunatley, do not honor it. Found a used BREITLING AEROMARINE CHRONO SUPEROCEAN MENS WATCH on their website for $4,130 and sent them a link for the same watch for $2,728 and asked if they would match the lower price. The said that it was now out of stock (even though it is still on their website and said that they only sell watches with diamonds, which was not true in this case. Good luck buying from this company (switch and bait)!

I was shopping for a diamond engagement ring, and it was really hard for me to choose. Al assisted me with selecting the ring, and I bought an amazing beautiful diamond ring. And she said yes!

I really don’t know what to look for when shopping for jewelry, I was looking for a present, the staff at this location did such a great job educating me about the pieces that I was able to make an informed decision with little prior experience. The recipient loves the stud earrings we picked so will definitely be back for more jewelry for presents and for myself.

I have been going here for my custom jewelry projects for quite some time. I like unique jewelry items and I love their custom jewelry team. I can do a basic sketch and they take it from there! So far I’ve gotten my custom made pendant, ring and bracelets made. Very satisfied with the service I get here and now working on another pendant! Took me a while to find such a place, I love their work (and my designs :) )

Artur was extremely helpful with my watch battery replacement (for a watch I purchased a few years back from ItsHot) while maintaining social distancing. No other place would help me because of COVID-19 but they figured out a way to let me drop off my watch, and then pick it up without ever actually seeing each other face to face.

I’ve had them make several custom rings for my wife. All of them are outstanding examples of how beautiful jewelry can be when done correctly.
