I loved the responsiveness of the support team. I used WhatsApp, and the responses were quick, and it was important to me to be dealing with real people with names instead of AI and bots. We loved our tour guides, and the tours were excellent. We especially loved the dinner, which was incredible, and our excellent hostess, who was truly lovely in every way and authentically Italian. I felt supported at all times, and we were very grateful for all of the perks that we used. It was invaluable!

Extraordinary Experience, Amazing Benefits
It has been an extremely positive experience to work with ItaliaPass team.
The customer service I got from them from before I purchased the ItaliaPass until I book most of my additional tickets was amazing. I am amazed by how little people know about the benefits they provide. I already saved more than $1000 USD for my family by purchasing the ItaliaPass, and I am yet to book train tickets.

Fortunately, we purchased the one with option of cancellation.
