Top notch customer service
Top notch customer service! There is no drop off in service no matter what time and day I contacted the customer service team. Multiple ways to communicate with them as well. I am so impressed by the excellent customer service I received from them each time. I am especially thankful with their assistance with our train trip during the train strike. In addition, the cost of the Italia Pass is the best value in town. I was able to book the activities easily. I used all the benefits that came with the pass except for the Rome Termini lounge. I travelled with my sister and her family. We are all highly satisfied with our overall experience with Italia Pass and the outstanding customer care team. I highly recommend them to my friends and family in the US.

Excellent Customer Experience
What made my experience great is the extra ordinary customer service. Whenever I have a question and contact Italiapass or Italiatours, they are quick to respond within a minute. Never have I experienced such great customer service before. Keep up the excellent work. I have been sharing my experience with all our friends and family who plan to visit Italy.

Great everything!!
Even though I did not get Italiapass, I will use Italiarail again if I ever visit Italy again. With just a little more, you can get your tickets within minutes by the time you complete the purchase and not worry about anything else. And boy, the lounge was definitely a life saver especially in the chaotic Roma Termini. Italiapass was well worth it also, as we also saved a lot on tours and other perks. Not to mention the best customer service ever when you are a rookie in the area. Highly recommended!!

So far so good
Whenever I had questions, and I had a lot of questions, the customer support was very prompt and on point. All of the features that were advertised have been true. I have not gone on my trip yet, but we will see the quality of the tours afterwards.

The ItaliaPass was 100% worth the cost if you are going to any of the major cities (Rome, Venice, Milan, etc). We used as many of the benefits as we could and had such a great experience with them all. The support from ItaliaPass was incredibly helpful. They answered so many of my questions and helped book many events, some of which I felt didn’t fall under their responsibility but they were eager to help anyways! All the support members I talked to were nice and responsive. I genuinely couldn’t recommend the pass enough!

Decent value with some caveats
lot of tours to do included with pass. Times are not always convienient for someone on a cruise.
Customer service was mostly great.
Biggest issue was Gondola ride in Venice. Company did not give host of event enough Gondola's so everyone was able to ride with their guests. Wanted a party of two to split, which of course no one wanted to do. Customer service was no help and poor host was almost in teers.

The pass was a great value
The pass was a great value. Saved alot of money on entrance fees and train rides. I spent $200 on the pass and received at least $500 worth of activities. It very useful if you are planning to visit at least Rome and Florence.
