Simon Whitelock was very patient & helpful when we went to the showroom initially to look around & get some ideas for updating our very small bathroom. We returned after measuring up & Simon did a computer drawing & advised which furniture & fittings were the best option for the small space & also within our budget. He was extremely patient & answered any questions we had. We have now ordered & paid for all the items needed & are awaiting delivery but are in no hurry as our bathroom renovation is planned for end of July. The sales experience was very good so we're hoping the delivery & quality of the goods will live up to the same standard.

Having worked with many suppliers this was my first significant dealing with Island Bathrooms Holdenhurst Rd. My order was managed by Tonia and the process was nothing short of perfect in all aspects.

I will try and use Tonia and Island bathrooms ongoing in preference to all others - highly recommended.

I really appreciated the level of care he took in listening to what I needed, showing me everything he thought was relevant (and he really knows his stock!), telling me what he thought would work best and getting me to consider things I hadn’t thought about! With all the companies I’ve dealt with, this has been the most positive experience so far!

We visited Island Bathrooms in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, when we made the decision that we needed to convert our existing dated bathroom into a safe wet room. We had no idea where to start or exactly what we needed. However, Simon Whitelock listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction, making helpful suggestions and recommendations. He made everything so easy for us and made all the arrangements. We are extremely pleased with the finished space. We've shopped in the Cleveland Road store twice - once in person and once over the phone. Both times Tansey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and on the second occasion she presented us with alternative options when things weren't in stock. We will definitely return thanks to the great customer experience!

We dealt with Attila Kozma and from start to finish the service was brilliant, never pushed us in to anything we didn't want and put no pressure on us at all to buy.

He designed our bathroom and helped us choose the right products we needed, we had no idea there would be so much choice of taps, Attila did a lot of behind the scenes work trying to find ones we not only liked but would work with our water pressure.

Communication was great throughout and would highly recommend Island bathrooms and Attila to my friends and family.

I searched far and wide for a Hansgrohe tap which I could receive for fitting in two day’s time. Chloe was quite magnificent in the way she took my call, then checked for stock. She has arranged for delivery next day by wonderful Royal Mail. The outcome is a delighted customer who will pass the word on. 5 stars but would do 10 if it were possible!

We've had our Bathroom installed by Island Bathrooms and they were so helpful at every stage of ordering and installation that we asked them to install a new cloakroom for us. Again, they were so helpful that we ordered some other fittings from them. The showroom staff are particularly well-informed and helpful.

EXCELLENT after sales. We were very impressed with their help when we were ordering and we were kept informed with delivery. One item was damaged and it has been re-ordered immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. We used the Holdenhurst Road shop.

Beware what you buy , if you make a mistake boy they will charge a massive restocking fee . Most of the items we purchased from their stock clearance shop we found cheaper on the internet , not really stock Clearance just an advertising gimmick .

We ordered 3 bathroom suites from Island Bathrooms and found the service and after sales excellent. There were several problems to overcome due to mixed up measurements but Stacey & Tim dealt with everything promptly and sorted each issue as it arose. I would definitely recommend them as a company they have been fantastic throughout. Thank you Island Bathrooms.

All went well & easy . Stacey sorted out what I wanted quickly & the Toilet & Handbasin arrived safely.

Tonia ( Island Bathrooms showroom on Holdenhurst Road ) ,made choosing our new bathroom and subsequent ensuite shower room so easy and stress free . She is very talented at helping you visualise what will look brilliant , especially as both our rooms are so small. Over the moon with the finished bathroom ,we are fitting of our ordered ensuite shower room as soon as our bathroom fitter can give us a date . The quality of ordered goods is second to none.
