Very knowledgeable and listened to my requirements and showed me a great range of items to choose from.

Simon Whitlock, their Senior Bathroom Designer, dealt with our requirements in a most professional and knowledgeable manner. He transferred our requirements into the correct product to meet our needs. Simon spent the neccessay time to sort the items for our project, without rushing.
All of our order arrived to schedule for the start date of the works.
I would not hesitate to recommend his Company.

Yet another order for us today. Everytime we visit we find something else to buy. This time a new toilet and system. The showroom is excellent and the team are always very helpful. At this rate I will soon have all 3 bathrooms done.

We bought everything for our 2 bathrooms from Island Bathrooms. The product ranges in the showroom is very extensive. You can find pretty much everything you need. Delivery was prompt. Products are in good quality. There were a couple issue with the fittings. But customer service team helped us resolving it at very timely manner. We are very impressed.

Ashley was very knowledgeable and suggested different options that would suit our needs and budget for a main bathroom and cloakroom . He talked us through the designs he came up with and was overall very helpful. Very impressed with the goods on offer and the service we received. I would recommend this company and use it again myself.

First time using Island Bathrooms and we were impressed by both the quality of service and the range of items that they have. Prices were very reasonable and will definitely use them again.

This is the second time we've used Island Bathrooms, this time for both a bathroom and an en-suite refurb. And once again, they were great!

In the Bournemouth showroom, Tonia is great - she's really friendly and knowledgeable, and importantly listens to what you're looking for. She doesn't over-sell, and in many cases said 'you don't need that' and offered better solutions.

The ordering process was easy and when aspects of our design changed, amendments to things already ordered were handled quickly and easily.

We didn't use Island Bathroom's installation service as we'd already found a fitter, but coincidentally, they were one of the fitting firms that Island use, and were excellent!

We're delighted with our new bathroom and en-suite, would definitely use Island Bathrooms again and highly recommend them.

We were looking for shower doors sink with vanity unit toilet and showers.
We looked around and found all we were looking at one place. Although some items were slightly cheaper elsewhere but we thought of getting all we needed in one place. They looked good and Ashley, the trade customer manager was very helpful and showed us various options and at competitive prices. We were impressed with his knowledge and did not hesitate to put an order for the items required. We have previously bought other items and were very satisfied.
You have a choice and you can choose the quality you want and the price you want to pay. We thought delivery will come from one point and it is easier to deal with one trade rather than going from pillar to post. We thoroughly recommend the service.

Very friendly and welcoming, good bathroom displays, parking outside couldn't be easier.

Please be aware that the quality of the products is extremely poor. Our shower screen is falling apart. We have been offered a new one, but now the fitter has finished the job, we have no way of collecting it and even if we did, we would have to pay more to have it fitted.

The bath was sent with the wrong waste pipe and we had to buy another one, and three weeks after installation, our bath is scratched and marked. It's only been used by an 11 year old, but the plastic is very cheap & poor quality and marks very easily.
Also, when the salesperson came out we were rushed through and told what we should have, without having all the options explained.
We have an awful fixed shower screen and you can't reach the bath taps as it doesn't fold up.
Had this been explained to us, we would have happily paid a few more quid for a folding screen.
The toilet seat is cheap plastic and moves when you sit on it. You'd buy a better one in Home Bargains!
The waste pipe on the sink has cracked after a few weeks use. No one has touched it or been near it, it's just cheap junk.
We definitely wouldn't recommend Island bathrooms. Poor quality at high prices, and poor service

My husband and I visited Island Bathrooms in Salisbury to purchase a new bath, we were helped by Josh, nothing was too much effort for him, he showed us multiple baths, answered all of our questions and queries and we left with a beautiful bath, panel and some gorgeous taps, we will definitely be paying another visit soon when we are ready for the next part of our bathroom to be done.

Have visited twice and both times have received great service from very knowledgeable sales staff the last time we were seen by Ashley Pickford who went out of his way to meet our requirements and supply us with the shower we were looking for 5*

We are carrying out a bathroom replacement job and we have had excellent service from Stacey in the Bournemouth warehouse. Customer service has been gold standard in every respect. Stacey has also guided our purchases preempting our needs and making very useful suggestions as we discuss the various options. The prices have been very competitive too backed by a massive range of product lines to choose our ideal bathroom. Thank you Island Bathrooms - we will be back for our next project!

Josh in the Salisbury branch was really helpful and also seemed very knowledgeable. We're very happy with the bathroom suite we picked out and didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. The prices in the showroom were also all clearly marked and very reasonable.

Having spent what seems like an eternity trying to become a bathroom expert, I discovered Ashley Pickford, who really is! Island Bathrooms is a superbly presented showroom in Salisbury and Ashley believes in "old style" service. We bought washbasin vanity unit taps shower equipment etc all thanks to Ashley Pickford who was very professional,knowledgeable and gave us time and space to make our decision after taking all the information he had given us.Ashley was also mindful of complying with Covid regulations by sanitising after himself.
Ashley is an excellent salesman and would like to wish him well.

Simon Whitelock was very patient & helpful when we went to the showroom initially to look around & get some ideas for updating our very small bathroom. We returned after measuring up & Simon did a computer drawing & advised which furniture & fittings were the best option for the small space & also within our budget. He was extremely patient & answered any questions we had. We have now ordered & paid for all the items needed & are awaiting delivery but are in no hurry as our bathroom renovation is planned for end of July. The sales experience was very good so we're hoping the delivery & quality of the goods will live up to the same standard.
