If I could give this negative stars, I would! Even making the smallest change to a document or nothing at all, just saving one using this, makes the file triple in size! I can no longer email many of my documents because of file size.
If you do make changes, it doesn't transfer all of them when you save the document. WTH?
Don't get me started on customer service! The only contact is email and they take frequent holidays. I have never had an issue resolved.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. STAY AWAY!

Can't activate PDFelement Pro for Mac(IS)

After multiple emails submitted (that don't even show-up on their ticketing system) I'm unable to activate your software as its always returning an error of timeout. This happens inside their web-services as the response is an http 200 with a xml stating network timeout (guess their systems are all broken).

And for a reply....I got a canned response asking if I had internet...lol...guess I mailed in the ticket through the famous USPS snail mail.

bought the media soft wear for Mac the key code id a dud so payed $50 + for fresh air keep away wish I had see this first you will get nothing for your money wish I knew somebody the could unlock it so I can use it

I purchased the filmora video editor last year and I have just been charged for a second year when no where in the payment process did I agree to yearly payments. customer service is completely ignoring my emails and requests and conveniently there is no phone number to call and actually talk to a real person about this. The whole thing is a scam to trick people into unknowingly paying yearly payments to this company. I am going to contact paypal to try and get my money back however i'm sure that my money has just been stolen. If you have purchased this please cancel your recurring payment in paypal and if you haven't purchased this DONT!

They promote their product as
- "This is a 1-computer lifetime license"
- "You get lifetime free upgrades"

Yet when I enquired as to why I am not getting upgraded to v6 they respond
- "PDF 5 and PDF 6 are 2 different programs now. "

I purchased Filmora Video Editor for Mac 1 year license last year, and i have just been charged for a renewal, although nowhere during the purchase process or the confirmation email, it stated that it was going to automatically renew the next year.

I'm now on a Paypal dispute trying to get my money back.

BE AWARE of this automatic renewal, check your paypal pre-approved payments, and cancel any payments to ISKYSOFT

Do not buy the license unless you are keeping the same operating system. I had windows and switched to Mac, now I must buy the Mac version to continue using. The software is very slow and antiquated. The quality of the program does not support the cost.

This product unlocked my Samsung Note 4 SM-N910P. It wouldn't connect at first and I kept clicking "retry" during the section where it directed me to put my phone in "download" mode. But I backed out and tried again, this time selecting the SM-N910P(Sprint) and it connected immediately. It unlocked my screen that was unable to read a fingerprint and I couldn't remember the back-up password. I was skeptical when I purchased it because I also tried another product from a different company, but I was desperate, and I'm so happy that it worked. Hopefully you have the same success that I did.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. After i purchased the software, it does not connect to your iphone as advertised. This is the error you get. Connection to your device failed. Please try the following to connect.
Reconnect your phone.
Try another usb cable or usb port
Restart ITransfer.
Needless to say i tried all these options numerous times. They have a customer service form, but it doesn't work. It locks up every time you try to hit the drop down button to tell which product you have so there is NO WAY TO GET A REFUND OR TALK TO A Customer service representitive. No number posted. This is a scam, and I am calling the better business bureau and reporting this company for steeling my money. PLEASE PLEASE do not fall for this scam. A Very very angry customer.

P.S. I normally give the company an opportunity to rebut my claim or give me assistance, but this option wasn't provided. Seems like the company is run by crooks.

It deserves zero stars. This is a fraudulent company. I was charged more than what it stated originally. The registration code would never load. Repeated requests went unanswered. When they finally did answer, they refused to refund my money, even though they have a 30 day money back guarantee and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Not sure how to rate them Paid for DVD Creator but it won't install and the form for tech (or any other) support has a bug and won't work and there's no other way to contact them. It wont accept my licenced email and registration code. Says invalid or suchlike. Have typed it in and also cut and pasted it. Same problem. Immensly frustrating. If anyone from Skysoft is reading this, I get an autofill when trying to fill in product name. Trustpilot wont let me paste it here as it looks like a link.

I purchased iSkysoft Phone Transfer to backup Blackberry Priv, but it confuses it with Samsung and has never been able to connect with PC. Technical service has tried several times, but each time the process of connecting freezes at 20%. Now tech service asks to take control of my PC, but I rarely allow such exposure, certainly not with tech services based outside of USA. Every interaction has been professional (4 Stars), but I have too much personal and professional data on PC and Android Blackberry. If only Blackberry had not switched to Google, ...

Paid for a product and the download says Trial Version no matter what I try.

looking for tool to convert a wve, and of course I was tricked to install this one that won't actually support this format but you will only find out after you install it. then good luck getting rid of it

I bought the iSkySoft PDF Editor Pro for Mac, thinking it would be an affordable alternative to Acrobat DC. It works well for securing, editing, and combining PDFs, if being a little clunky and not intuitive. However, making forms (in order to make PDFs editable) is a NIGHTMARE. The form boxes disappear and reappear when you save them, and they are always slightly "off" (you can't align them to each other). You can't copy and paste them or they lose formatting.

When I emailed customer service about my issue, they took an ENTIRE WEEK to get back to me, and in that email, told me that I should be viewing my PDFs in Adobe Acrobat anyway. The follow-up to my reply took them 4 days. "Bluemarry", the customer service rep, said they had been on holiday , which is why it took them so long to get back to me. This was an unacceptable length of time to wait for tech support. Also, email is the ONLY tech support offered, beyond the poorly-written help articles.

DO NOT BUY THIS if you're going to need any sort of tech support, or will be making fillable PDF forms.

Worst program EVER !!!!

- In popup for inset page is cancel instead of OK the default value

Program is a total waste of mony and time !!!
