Terrible customer service, keep trying to renew subscriptions that are cancelled and abuse good will and bank accounts! Portal makes it virtually impossible to communicate or seek advice, they should be terminated!

Horrible, horrible experience. Do not trust this company as they will continue to try and automatically renew your "subscription." I've been trying to get them off my back for 7 years and still battle with their service team to stop charging me for things I am not using. Do not purchase.

Total scam! Purchased iOS Toolbox Unlock software to unlock an iPad that we had forgotten the password to. Free trial would not do anything until the software was purchased. The software failed in both methods that it offers to unlock the iPad. One of those methods offered simply erases the iPad (which iTunes does for free). Digital snake oil! Avoid it! Customer service non responsive to request for a refund under their 30 day money back guarantee.

iSkysoft is one of the most frustrating software services I have ever used. They trick you into buying it over and over again. Once they put you in a place where you absolutely need it... their order processing system goes round and round and it is impossible to know if anything went through unless you check your credit card.

I am very frustrated with iSkysoft. I had already purchased the iSkysoft Video Converter a few years back, and was asked to "update" my current one. Now I am locked out, unless I want to purchase their product again. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received. And what's more frustrating, is just as all of the other bad reviews said, THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with.

Downloaded Toolbox after discovering their website for iPhone repairs using both Mac and Windows.
"Guaranteed 100% Satisfaction" on their website, this could not be further from the truth.
Required the software to allow me to download data from an iPhone after I had forgotten the unlock code after a relative had passed away.
Software lead me to believe this was possible, so paid for the full version, then to discover it has now "bricked" the phone altogether even after following all of the instructions on screen.
Have started a case as I paid using Paypal, yet no replies from them at all.
So in conclusion, purchased or trial software, you're being ripped off with NO customer support, left with a door wedge of an iPhone, out of pocket by nearly £100 and software that is as much use as a chocolate tea pot.
DO NOT USE THEIR SOFTWARE - PERIOD...

This is an addendum to my earlier reviews. I have to admit that after much hassle, I did miraculously receive refund for PDFelement Pro 6 for Mac. iSkysoft customer support representative with whom I was dealing finally understood that I needed a refund for the Mac version of the programme, not the Windows version. Also, filing a claim with my credit card company may have helped. Despite the final success I strongly advise all potential buyers to seek alternative software solutions.

Two redeeming aspects of PDFelement Pro are its implementation of OCR technology on the one hand and its text editing capabilities on the other. In these two areas the software is indeed very good, far better than several other programmes which I tried. PDFelement Pro OCR works quite well even with poor quality scans (like the scans of old, faded texts taken from archival sources). I happen to know this because at some point and in error I purchased a Mac programme called, you guessed it, PDFelement Pro 7 from a company called Wondershare. And you guessed it again, as it turned out Wondershare is iSkysoft under a different name. After having installed that particular (Wondershare) programme, I was able to download and instal easily its OCR module; a few days later I updated the software to its newly released higher version without any problems. There is still a major obstacle, the software only works with standard North American letter-sized document (8.5" by 11"), but I can live with that for now. So, there you go, there is something to cheer about.

One thing I know: I will never purchase anything from either iSkysoft or Wondershare again.

Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced & the 30 day money back guarantee is a joke. I ordered iTransfer from them but received the Windows version. I thought it would be a simple matter of switching my purchase to the Mac version needed, but after at least 7 emails back and forth, Jimmy finally realized what the problem was, despite having had this explained in every email I sent. He then told me I would have to buy the Mac version with no refund offered for what I had already paid. Very poor communication skills and the money back guarantee is a total joke! Stay Away from Iskysoft. The name should be IRipoff!

If you're wondering how to cancel an auto renewing subscription, going through their tech support isn't very helpful, however I did find out some things after looking at the wondershare support center.

iSkysoft uses avangate to handle their orders. Your payment method is saved with them. You can look up your order by searching the email/card that you used for the order.

You can create a free account to delete the subscription and payment information. I received a confirmation email from isksoft confirming that I cancelled the yearly renewal.

I didn't see the reviews on this software before i purchased it. What a mistake. I have spent the last 6 days trying to get it to register so I could create a video. Having gone through the registgration process multiple times i still haven't received the mail with the code. I reached out to the only email address they show for their media contact. They sent me a link to submit a "fast track" request for service. I didn't even receive the confirmation email from that. What a waste!

NEVER!!! never buy this product!!! It doesn't work! Customer service not reachable by phone, slow response. DON'T BUY! save your money...

Hard to understand and use. If you have any issues with the program they try to contact you via email 24 hours later. Conveniently they don’t have a phone number to call.

Despite all the negative reviews I purchased this app strictly to transfer Whatsapp chat history from my Samsung S7 to iPhone XR. Many hoops to jump through but I'm pumped that it actually worked! I paid with Paypal & the only way they allowed the transaction was to accept a recurring annual fee, which I've gone back into my Paypal account and cancelled.

What a scam! I can't believe I actually paid $ for this crap! I once made a DVD for my dad using an older version, but then he lost the DVD. I opened Iskysoft again to make another for him and found out it has an update. Yay! I updated, and now the 1.33GB *LOW QUALITY* mp4 uploads into Iskysoft as 9.89GB DVD movie! 9.89GB!!! (Max on your standard DVD-R is 4.7GB.) So…change the settings to the absolute STANDARD…and the lowest it will go is 5.02! Still WAY above the max for the DVD-R, and RIDICULOUSLY above the actual 1.33GB of the video! What a waste!!!

Was looking online for video converter software. The reviews from this site (Trustpilot) were very negative. However, I was surprised that the reviews for this converter at the Apple store were favorable. I first tried buying through the Apple store, unfortunately it did not work for my needs. I wanted to import data onto my Mac from old home movie DVDs (DVD-R, that I converted from 8mm tapes years ago) using an external hard drive. That software would not recognize my ext drive. After that I realized that software converter advertised on the Apple site was limited to data already on my computer. I then tried the "free" download of the Iskysoft Video Converter Ultimate which quickly and easily captured the video on my external hard drive. As expected the software would not download my entire 2-3 hr length movies: only 1/3 for free. But, I realize nothing in this world is free and I bit on a one yr license. Thus, far I have converted 20 DVDs (takes about 30 min each, which is relatively fast) to MOV format with good quality with minimum problems. (Had to repeat conversion on a couple of DVDs, but suspect problem may have been related to the old DVDs.) I realize the license will only last one yr, but for the price (and I have a ton of old home movies: my kids could not sneeze without me taking a picture) it has been worth it. Sorry others have not had my success. However, I am not being fancy: just converting to Apple MOV format. No splice and dice. I may try a different format ie MPG4, for my Window family, later before my yr is up.

This scam company needs to be shut. Avoid

For a lot of money Banggood/iSkysoft get you a piece of crapware that won't install, whatever computer you're using.
It's impossible contacting them.
Be careful using their software. They are only good at getting you rid of your money.

Lead you into downloading a product that they don't initially state is a trial/limited version.

Shnidy misleading tactics.
