I purchased something that was very poor quality so I’ve emailed multiple times and had no response and submitted a return form and not heard anything back so I am very disappointed

The plaque which I bought was a delightful design and my wife loves it. The item arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Personally I would've liked the title "The Dog Whisperer" to be printed on the plaque with the picture, but that's a tiny quibble with what was a fantastically successful present.

The fabric bag was so tiny! I stupidly read the description and didn’t check the dimensions. It is sadly unusable.

My daughter's mother in law has a dachshund. I am always on the look out for dachsy themed presents at Christmas for her.

The mug is small for its price, plus the colors in the images are quite pale. I made a request to customer service but never received a response. Finally, those who manage an e-commerce site should know if customs taxes will be applied and warn buyers beforehand.

My order was delivered swiftly.

The website is difficult to navigate to get a refund. I've emailed and heard nothing.

Item not received and the only option is to return an item that I have not got.

I haven’t gotten it and I wanted it for Mother’s Day. I paid extra for delivery and it hasn’t come.

I placed an order on 9 Feb and received my confirmation the same day and a shipment email the following day. Following this, I have had no further communication regarding my order. I emailed the contact address from the website and have heard nothing. It’s been 10 days and my order hasn’t arrived, I have had no further emails other than an email asking me to review my purchase. Unfortunately I’m giving one star as I can’t review a purchase that I haven’t received and I am unhappy with the communication and service provided as I’ve paid for an order that I don’t have.

I had a very unfortunate time getting my order both delivered and also correct. George at In Your Dog House was very patient and kind sorting out the problem, which was with the manufacturer and not his company, he will have been as frustrated as I was. I have knocked off one star simply because I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for my order to be delivered correctly.

We ordered a product that was unfortunately out of stock. The lady from Wren and Rye contacted me directly offering a replacement and a little gift as a sorry and thank you for sticking with them. Two beautiful Bowdangles arrived yesterday. I couldn’t fault their customer service.
