What a great team at INTU
I thought this kind of service had been lost, we called at INTU in Euxton to find out more about the boiling water taps with the intention of buying one. The showroom has a large amount of taps on display there we met Dave who talked us through what we were looking for he is obviously very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and that continued throughout Dave said if you have any problems when installing the tap just give him a call and he will talk me through it and he was true to his word I phoned him 4 times and he sorted the problem out in a professional manner.

1 Year Later Having now had our Tap and Boiler for 1 year. Happy to report no problems at all. The tap is as good as new, retaining its mirror finish.
Boiler 100% not had any problems just changed filter as instructed, we live in a very soft water area so limescale non existent for us. Recommend the filter subscription, saves money and you don’t forget to change in that way
Just remember if your electric goes off you need to switch the boiler back on manually it doesn’t switch back on manually

Great products at an affordable price. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Dave is just great. Nothing has ever been to much trouble, the staff are always very helpful and understanding.

We have been using our INTU hot water tap for a number of years now and keeping it in tip top condition with a filter contract with INTU who send me a new filter at set intervals depending on your water type, ours is hard water area so it is essential we change the filter on a regular basis.

I ordered this in November and was fitted in our new kitchen few weeks later. Looks like a quality piece of kit. I enjoy cold water i.e. less than 5°. For weeks I was thinking the cold water just wasn't cold enough. I took the temperature which it showed 8°. I also turned the unit down to its max, ran that for a few days and still it was 8°.

I bought from INTU as the reviews are very good, alongside their customer service. So I contacted David via chat, who said they would replace the chiller, however it is out of stock until 27th December. It is now 7th January and no sign of it. I checked the chat history and I misread, that I needed to go back to them after the new year, which is a shame and rather underwhelming service. Rather than noting my details and facilitating the replacement when stock arrives, I need to make contact again. I have tried to contact INTU through their chat and I've had no response.

Thankfully due to the cold days, my tap water is running at 6° so no use for the chiller unit. I hope someone will reach out and look to resolve this before the warranty expires.

Great service via phone and website

I had a problem with my digital top. I called Intu and explained the problem and they diagnosed the problem right away. They sent out a replacement power unit that arrived the next morning and it was a simple “plug and play” fix. Total tap down time was around 24 hours. Thanks Dave for your great customer service.

Very convenient very reliable best item for any kitchen also safer than a boiling kettle and more economical

Bought a 4 in 1 premium tap, during installation the installer told me a cable was missing. I called INTU, they agreed to send the cable immediately for next day delivery, a short while later my installer found the cable and I subsequently informed INTU to cancel the cable.

Later my installer wasn't sure how to connect the water tank. The tanks he had experience of had 2 connections (ie an inlet and outlet) the tank that INTU sent had 5 connections and he wasn't sure of the connections and so we were getting an E3 error.

A 5 min call to INTU support clarified everything and we were up and running shortly after.

In short a great product and very good aftercare.

Had a few questions as I was fitting it myself , got straight through to Dave who was very helpful. The tap is high quality and has been admired by all .

I don’t like tge tap it was brown one and is all peeling because os hot water and looking horrible i want advice to buy taps from intu

Best thing we ever did having this put in.Hot water makes the best cup of tea.Filter makes the cold water a pleasure to drink.Excellent service from this company.
