The copper is BRONZE

I ordered a copper tap, to go with all of my copper kitchen appliances and handles etc. However their copper is BRONZE. The style was lovely and what I wanted but the colour was wrong and I contacted to return and it was very difficult. If you work normal hours the return process is near impossible. If you don’t live near friends and family they cannot accommodate a return. The false advertising meant I had to pay £15 for the return. They said because they can send out samples of the colour but I could not find this anywhere in the website. Bad experience.

Brilliant taps

I’ve got two taps from Verossi. The 4 in 1 and a mixer tap and I love them both. Great customer service and also really good quality products. I recommend them.

I would highly recommend Verossi

I would highly recommend Verossi! Seamless service, arrived in a matter of days and exactly as described. We chose the gorgeous square style shower in chrome and our bathroom has never been the same since (in the best way possible). The overhead shower is our firm favourite!

A fantastic sink and tap

I recently upgraded my old stainless sink to the Fireclay Ceramic Sink and Swan Mixer Tap from Verossi and I’m so pleased.

From start to finish the whole process was seamless. Delivery was very prompt within a few days and well packaged and in perfect condition.

The quality of the sink and tap is excellent, both solid and sturdy, beautifully made and as described. So easy to fit and install and it’s gave my kitchen a new lease of life.

Not a great experience so far

Not a great experience so far. Ordered a Verossi Vandisso tap and have been sent an Ellsi Bishop tap!
Messaged them a few days ago to complain that the tap, to look at, wasn’t the same. The one I ordered has black symbol buttons on it but the one that arrived had white. I didn’t order the Ellsi tap because of the white buttons, I wanted black.
Upon further inspection, Ellsi branding is all over the order. Label on the box, the filter and stated on the delivery note. Didn’t find that at first because box was upside down and it was on there.
And it’s only because I had closely compared the 2 that I knew what I was looking at.
They have not responded to my initial message so I have followed up today with pictures and more details so will see how that goes.
Oh and there appears to be some missing parts and when I’ve taken the boiler tank out of the box water is coming out of it! Haven’t even told them about that bit yet as I’ve sent them 3 emails today already!
Will update if it is a positive outcome

Biometric hot water tap

Absolutely love my new verossi hot water tap. We chose to go with the biometric tap as we have grandchildren. Upon having it installed we set it up with my wife’s finger. After that we couldn’t get anyone else to register. After contacting verossi they were so very helpful and we managed to get the issue resolved. Great company excellent staff would thoroughly recommend to anyone. ❤️

Very good quality products

I’d love to be giving my product 5 stars if it wasn’t for the issue of the hot water tap I purchased having a manufacturing fault with it I would be giving 5 stars for not only the quality but the service too.
When the tap was installed it had a drip leak from the operating lever I contacted verossi where I was asked to upload a short video of the issue I was then contacted saying they have diagnosed the issue being a faulty cartridge gave me easy instructions how to change it I was sent a new part in 2 days where I fitted it fixing the fault.
On inspection The original part fitted seemed to be missing a rubber seal washer causing the drip, even though they didn’t replace the whole tap leaving me no option to change the whole unit I understand why they send out replacement parts as long as they are not to complicated to change so overall I was very happy with the service I received.
I certainly do recommend the products this minor fault hasn’t put me off buying again from them.

Had a hot for 10 months which failed - replacement sent but tap totally different.
Verossi not interested in sorting the issues or for the incorrect replacement product sent - blaming manufacturer.

We have of course investigated your claim, and we are sad to say that you have left out many important factors relating to this issue.

Within your review you have indicated that we did not try and resolve this issue. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, we did everything we could to get this resolved for you under the warranty terms.

We understand how frustrating it must be to receive a replacement tap that doesn’t match your original product ordered, however the tap you ordered was re-designed by the manufacturer. Aesthetically it was slightly different in its height dimension. The was the only difference.

We tried to see if we could provide you with the original tap however this item has been discontinued.

Our team works closely with the manufacturer, however we have no control when the manufacturer choses to up date there designs whether this is atheistically or mechanically.

We made every effort to make this right for you, and when we were informed the exact tap could not be replaced, along with the updated replacement tap unit we offered you 2 filters as a good will gesture.
