Excellent customer service, needed the item set to the UK super quick and it arrived a week earlier than expected. Did pay an express shipping fee but still a lot quicker than expected.

Very good experience

It's an easy website to use. Many beautiful items from several dealers. The vintage bamboo hat stand I purchased arrived quickly in spite of it coming from another country. It was exactly as described. It's beautiful & I great condition given it's journey to me. I will use this site again for more purchases in the future.

Mediocre experience.

Found an item at a good price, asked if it was available twice, but no response. Then I called the Intondo customer service (after I placed the order against invoice payment): the friendly lady promised me to call or email me back the same morning. This didn't happen. Then I noticed the seller changed the price of the product while the order was already placed!

3 Days later no response, or any kind of email. So I told them instead to close my account and delete my personal details.

Intondo: never again, I'll stay with the more established vintage platforms.

update: Intondo claims the seller responded to my questions, sure but only five days after they updated the price sneakily... A+ for customer experience guys...

Intondo was a wonderful place to find the right furnishing for my new space. Shopping from the US, I had some qualms about using it as a service I had never heard of before, but had a very specific furnishing and model in mind and could only find access to sellers and communication with them through the site. Every step of the way, Intondo's staff liased with the sellers in italy and ensured that I received the best price for the unit I bought and helped negotiate between other sellers to find the best quality, price, and vendor for me.

Though the shipping took longer than expected (due to supply chain issues) Virginia, the New York rep, helped me week after week to keep me updated in a professional and courteous manner as to where my unit was and when it would be received.

When it finally arrived, the Tramo shipping team made sure to confirm a convenient drop off time and uncrated it for me outside my apartment. The unit arrived in great condition and I love how it looks in my home. Thank you intondo for making this process painless, secure, and pleasant!

Intondo e' un posto meraviglioso per trovare arredamenti per il mio appartamento nuovo. Sto comprando dagli USA, quindi ho avuto un po' di ansia di usare un servizio di cui non ho mai sentito. Ma ho trovato un modello particolare che era in vendita solamente sul intondo e solamente su intondo era possibile per me comunicare con i venditori in un modo diretto. Ogni parte del processo, i reps gentili da intondo mi ha aiutato a decidere un prezzo giusto, comunicare con i venditori, e controllare la qualita'.

La consegna ha durato piu di aver anticipato al caso di problemi nella catena di fornitura, ma Virginia, il rappresentante a New York mi ha aiutato tra settimana a settimana a collegarmi in un modo professionale e cortesemente riguardano dove e quando il mio arredamento e stata e quando me lo potuto ricevere.
Quando il giorno di consenga era arrivato, il gruppo tramo di consegna ha confermato un tempo per la consegna e lo hanno disimballato fuori dal mio appartamento. L'arredamento e arrivato alla mia casa in condizioni ottime e lo amo davvero. Grazie mille ancora a intondo a fare questo processo in un modo indolore e personale e sicuro.

Quality business! The site and listings are super nice. Most remarkable, the customer service team is amazing. They are so quick, nice and helpful. I missed out on an item, and they said they would find me another. I was so surprised and happy when, 2 days later, they emailed me to let me know the tracked another down. That is a whole different level of service. They clearly have loyal buyers and sellers for a reason.

I purchased a fragile item that had to be shipped internationally. Intondo customer service were prompt in sharing shipping quotes and information, and the item arrived well packed and pretty quickly. The item itself is great and will be much loved for years to come. The only tricky part is that some communication is in Italian and unfortunately (to my great regret) I don't speak Italian, so I had to use a bit of Google translate here and there to make sure I was purchasing the right colour. Overall a great experience and a good alternative to high-priced sites like 1stdibs.
