From start to finish, communication was great. There were no confusing terms or drawn out nonsense. Coverages are amazing and the price point is terrific. There were no hidden costs or fees.

Read & re-read the documents

The response was great. There was no real communication before a Docusign came across and after back & forth with questions (which meant updated portal) I discovered my choice was not what I paid for. I got oh, you weren't in business long enough for your 1st choice. If the system asks for a start date, it should know and not recommend. I was able to get the coverage for the same price as my original pick. But I had to really look through the contract before I "noticed". But... pleasant, and fast. So 4 stars.

What a mess

What a mess. Did I end up insured? Yes. Did I enjoy the process to get there? Absolutely not. To get a quote you have to provide information to Insureon. When I went to move forward with my quote, I was required to sign an application that needed almost identical information to the quote, with the application noting the signer can be liable for insurance fraud for any incorrect information. The application was prefilled by the Insureon sales producer, presumably using the information from the quote, yet just about every other line had an error or incorrect information. What was the point of giving you the information directly if you won't pay attention to it? It became obvious that these sales agents are just using the same form for everyone and not checking their work when, after I already set up and paid for my policy, I received a new request to sign an application for a business in another state that I have nothing to do with. I got two reminders to sign this other company's application before the same agent finally caught that he sent it to the wrong person. The application had me listed as that company's contact person, the same kind of stupid errors that were rife in my own application. This company hounds you to get your business but doesn't hound their own agents to pay attention to their work, so if you're planning on getting insurance through Insureon be ready to have to do the agent's work for them to get anything done correctly.

Hello Andie,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with Insureon, we appreciate the opportunity to better assist and understand your experience. While our insurance team always strive to provide the best service to our customers, we recognize that we didn't meet your expectations here. Our offerings are dynamic and our model is made to support both our customers’ business needs and to help with insurance questions, but we are always working to improve our process. Each of our applications requires a follow-up with an insurance expert, who works to confirm we are providing the best coverage options for the business need. The chosen insurance provider may also require additional information that can adjust their policy offerings and documentation, which we understand while necessary can feel like some duplication of effort. Your account manager is available to discuss the process in more detail or if you have any remaining questions about your policy, as we want to ensure confidence in your chosen provider. We look forward to continuing to support you and your business needs into the future.

Yours Sincerely,
The Insureon Team

slow an uncomplete responses

Like always, is very hard to get quick answers. We were sent a renewal document for our policy. The document had some text boxes to fill but one of them was not correct. We sent several email asking to correct it before we sign it, and we got no response at all. At the limit date, we received another email letting us know that if we didnt sing, our policy was going to be cancelled. We sent another email, no response. We finally signed it in the way it was, adding a comment. After that we received an email saying that the policy was cancelled. I sent another email and finally got an answer saying that everything should be ok..... But we still cannot be sure of that. Similar issues happened last years, always difficunt to get a right and concrete and fast anwswer.

While we always strive for efficient, qualified support for our customers, we recognize we didn’t meet your expectations here. It took some extra time to gather information in response as your account manager was recently out of office, but she has since reached out via phone and email to resolve any remaining questions. Your account manager has worked with the provider to address the initial issue, as well as to log the event with our product team. We appreciate your time and feedback, and we look forward to continuing to support you and your business needs.

Chose Insureon Again

I had used Insureon for another business. They were able to set up our new venture with the right coverage for a somewhat unique business model. Katie Anderson our Account Manager was incredibly responsive.

Awesome experience working with Jason Labat from Insureon.

I worked with Jason Labat from Insureon. He was very helpful, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He took my information that he needed and got back to me promptly with a quote. He went over all the details and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I switched my insurance that I had over to him. Very pleased with the customer service I received from Jason. It was an awesome experience. I was very pleased with the result.
