Sought insurance via a comparison site. Process was fully online and very simple, and easy to understand. Good level of flexibility with regards to how to adjust quote online. No need to phone and talk to someone as online process was easy. No nasty surprises or hidden charges.

Dont bother proceeding with a quote if…
Dont bother proceeding with a quote if you have a new car as the system wont recognise it and as an online only company they wont discuss / resolve via email -0 hence its a waste of time.
I can only imagine how awful it would be to be a customer if thats how they treat a prospective 2.5K new business.

This is practically a scam
They took my premium then after the 14 days had passed sent a request for proof of no claims. I sent them the email from my previous insurance but they wouldn't accept it as an email and I was abroad so unable to access a hard copy so they cancelled my policy and refused to refund the payment even though only gave 14 days cover.
