Would definitely use again!
Ordered around 30 boards, had an email letting me know it would be a day later delivered and that they were upgrading as they didn't have the ones I ordered In stock. The delivery guy was lovely and offered to help me get it into the house which I politely refused to let him get on his way. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and thoroughly recommend. Jody

Recently ordered some loft insulation from Insulation Express. Cannot fault the Company in any way, from pre order advice through to delivery. Online ordering was simple and the goods were delivered on time. Delivery driver helpful and polite. I would highly recommend them and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Helpful customer service
After ordering, we had an issue with stock availability and problems with delivery to our rural location. However, Danny was excellent in sorting delivery in smaller vehicles and finding an altrnative product.

More insulation needed for my loft.
I needed to get a bit more insulation into my loft so I purchased some 40mm TB4000.
Ordering it was so easy, best price & the delivery was excellent, the driver arrived nice & early (not too early) he was polite & very helpful.
Highly recommended & look no further.
