Absolute joke!

Absolute joke!! I have placed the order with them on 16.07.20 after two months of waiting patiently, I was informed that there will be another month of waiting for the delivery! I might be able to get it by the end of October!
No communication whatsoever, I had to keep calling them to find out re the status of my order.
I requested a cancellation of the order and will have to wait about 2 weeks to get my money back.
Do not waste time for them, I have no idea how they still operate..

Terrible mobile bank

Terrible mobile bank, horrible customer service, charges to speak with a representative,direct deposit are never on time weather its there card service or the bank there using deposit never on time charges card fees and atm fees credit or debit i wouldn't recommend this cooperation to anyone its robbery

absolute shocker

absolute shocker! bought product which showed"in stock" and paid the high next business day delivery cost (£11.99 for a couple of foam ear headset protectors) and received delivery 2 weeks later - said they would credit the delivery fee and never did - awful service.. would rate zero stars if possible

Extremely disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with the service and customer support (non-existant) from Insight. I ordered a keyboard for a tablet and paid £19.99 for pre-10.30am delivery. The order arrived days later, and was delivered in the afternoon. Delivery options on the site are extremely misleading - when paying such a sum for pre-10.30am delivery and having ordered early morning you would assume same day dispatch which was not the case. Contacted customer services via email to request refund in difference of postage paid between pre-10.30am and normal delivery and have heard nothing back in almost 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs. Wish I had read reviews in advance.

I agree with all the other bad comments…

I agree with all the other bad comments about this company. Seems they reject card payments and force a band transfer of some kind. This of course makes it very difficult to get your money back.

I questioned why they could not process my card payment and got this back from Habib. "As per my initial email , the order has failed our security screening process which for confidentiality reasons I am unable to disclose any further detail on."
Now the bank checks supplied details when making a bank payment our transfer was stopped by the bank saying the details do not match. So this saved us being scammed by these guys.
My strong recommendation is do not pay these people and money via a bank accout, with a credit card you are much safer if you want to use them anyway.
Excellent service from the Banks now. Makes you feel very safe.

Imaginary custom support!

When lockdown began I needed to make some changes to our account but struggled as Insight has changed their portal and I could no longer reset passwords, etc. Every search on their website led me to a page trying to sell me new products which wasn’t helpful.

I was forced to call their expensive support line and after being on hold was put through to Simone that couldn’t help and told someone would call back. I didn’t get a call back and fortunately the issue I had resolved itself as the person that required a password change rendered their password.

Again today I’ve had to make contact with their technical support team but chose to do so via their web chat service. I was told pretty quickly that I needed to call their premium rate number for support. I explained that this wasn’t going to happen and that I required a call from them. I was told I’d be called this morning and am still waiting.

Do not have the stock they claim

Ordered an item which was showing as 141 in stock and opted for next day delivery, as it was needed urgently. When it didn't arrive, I phoned them and was told they had no stock, the next two deliveries from their supplier were already allocated to other customers, and that my order would be sent in July (2 months away). Highly recommend that you avoid using this company.

dodgy cowboys

I'm speechless their activity is basically criminal.
I placed an order of an item on stock, the wouldn't send it out and found out that actually it wasn't on stock.
I asked to cancel the order to which they agreed to.
No mention about the refund, when I asked they said I'll have to wait 4 weeks before my refund shows up.
I know now I've been ripped off especially after reading here about people still fighting to get their refund after months.

While I will purse legal action to the small claims court I wanted to write this review hoping it will save more people from losing their money.

Quick delivery, no issues

I was looking for a place to buy a Plantronics headset and wanted to avoid Amazon, especially right now. I was hesitant to order from a company that I hadn't heard of, but they had lots of info on how they are responding to COVID-19, so it reassured me. I ordered these headphones super late Tuesday night, they were dispatched Wednesday and delivered Thursday.

Premium charges Telephone Contact

They charge an exorbitant Prmuim fee to telephone any of their contacts on their website. This includes sales, customer service or help. 0844 no. They don't warn you of the charge before you make the call. The cost can be upto 62p per minute. Avoid this company.

No delivery; appalling customer service

Ordered a printer ink cartridge. Took the base price £4.99 delivery option. Informed item dispatched 6/4/20. 21/4/20 received email saying item had been returned. No attempt had ever been made to deliver it (I have, after all, been in the entire time...). Had to raise a ticket to register this. Response incredibly off-hand - no apology, no offer to re-send the item. "If you want the item, you will have to re-order. Thanks."
It appears this is a simply dreadful company - avoid at all costs!

I have place order paying by credit…

I have place order paying by credit card and they refused my payment and advised they can only accept standing order.

I called them and ask why and as their respond was to internal policy.
I have asked what is legal background and they only answered internal policy.
According to me it is looking like a scam.

Terrible service and dishonest /…

Terrible service and dishonest / misleading information from their team.

Ordered a pair of headphones. Called up explaining that I am a reseller myself and can see no stock at any of the UK distributors, so did they physically have stock with them or just taking a feed. I was assured that they definitely had stock. I placed the order shortly afterwards paying extra for next day delivery.

Two working days later and my order hasn't been dispatched and there has been no communication from Insight to explain that the goods were out of stock.

Had to call them at which point they simply said that the items were out of stock, they don't know why they told me they were in stock and it would be 4-6 weeks to get more.

Really poor experience and not for the first time in using them.

Happy as Larry - No problems whatsoever

Best price by far (the item I bought), booked cheap delivery which should be 2-4 days. Ordered Wednesday night so expected actually after the week-end, but it arrived Friday morning. All in good order. Lots of negative reviews here, cannot really speak for them, apart from to say that I had absolutely no issues of any kind. I admit to being apprehensive due to this many negative reviews, but I will certainly consider ordering from them again.

Ordered a monitor 2 weeks ago next day…

Ordered a monitor 2 weeks ago next day delivery but courier made no attempt to deliver and returned to Insight UK with no reason given. Expected immediate refund but none given. Still 2 weeks later Insight client services are 'chasing the refund' which could take another week! My first time order and now the last. Instructed payment provider to recover funds directly. Be warned!

My first time ordering with Insight was…

My first time ordering with Insight was a bad experience.

An item was missing from my delivery. When I called to ask what had happened, the Customer Service Agent said they did not know but they would call or email me that day with an update. I did not receive any further communication.

The next day I called back and spoke to another agent. She said the item was listed as undelivered. This is despite the fact that the other 3 items had made it here. Instead of sending me the missing the item they had cancelled the order and intended to process a refund.

I explained that it was my first time ordering and that it would be wise to offer another solution if they wanted to keep me as a customer. They just repeated that a refund was the only option.

I'll never use them again.
