Terrible company, no compassion whatsoever. Paid a big lump sum and Tried to work out a deal with them and they refused. Before covid I hadn’t missed a payment. I’d already paid 95% of the ridiculous amount that they wanted but yet still to this day they hunt me for every last cent.

Its very, very bad company business and im not satisfy with there service..when you ask a statement of account,damn,they will let you Pay or charge a $5.50 on it,just to get that statement of transaction.this is unbelievable,i've payed a lot from them already but still they like me to charge just to ask some statement of transaction and just only to send it to my email.I will never,ever recommend you to evryone!!!

Absolutely bloody hopeless be glad to finish with them

I have had problems with Inrent since September,2020. They replaced my computer with a lower grade of pc. No wifi driver and no webcam. Nigel in Inrent service and repairs says the replacement is like for like. It is not. I keep asking them to send me a copy of my original contract, but they haven't sent me a copy. Last week when I rang I was put on hold, which I didn't mind. After a little whilea female came on the phone , she asked if someone was still there, then she hung up on me.Inrent are charging me payments for my original computer, when the payments should be reduced because they have sent me an inferior computer. They've changed their name to Snaffle, but it's still Inrent South Australia. Cherelle Castle.
