Order for citroen van seat covers.
Placed an order for some van seat covers beginning of March, no sign after two weeks, emailed and was told they will posted out within the week, waited two more weeks and still no sign, all the while little to no email correspondence, requested a full refund with the company, no reply, put in a request for my credit card open a case on them then miraculously they turn up (placed the order 3rd March delivered 28th April) Opened the package to find the passenger cover fits but the drivers does not. What an absolute joke, just give it up, it's not working.

How did I not see these terrible reviews?? Like so many other people I ordered seat covers for my new transit custom on 26th March and still not received them despite showing as in stock. Inka claim they have been collected by DHL but are delayed with them 🤔 I have requested a refund but will raise a dispute with my bank if I don’t receive a reply.

Another phone call to Inka and I was told that DHL had lost the parcel so they would need to raise a claim with them then send me another set - this never happened.
Another phone call and I was told my order was on the cancelled payments list so they couldn’t send - total lies, I had not cancelled the payment.
With no other option I did then raise a dispute with my bank which gives the retailer 45 days to respond, they did not challenge this and today I finally got my money back.
Be very wary of this company, I can’t see how they can keep trading for much longer. Nearly 4 months they had my money with no sign of any goods - disgusting.

I ordered my seat covers 5 weeks ago, it said on the website that the covers were in stock.
As it turns out they are made to order.
I decided to wait it out, give the benefit of the doubt, what I was seeing was a company in a crisis, this was explained when I emailed. They didn’t have amount staff producing the covers to keep up with the demand. The covers are made in the uk and I do think it’s important to support Uk businesses. I see a lot of people saying they didn’t get any reply but To be fair I got a reply eventually every time I emailed but judging by the amount of bad reviews I guess they are swamped with emails.
All I can say about my order is that the seat covers are amazing quality and were well worth the wait! It will take some time but just be patient as you will receive your covers eventually and you won’t be disappointed.
What’s letting this company down is the communication with customers, the website needs sorting out, its needs to be clear for the realistic delivery time when making an order and it should not say in stock if the covers need to be made to order. Overall I am very happy with the covers, credit where credit is due but they need to sort the logistics out. I hope they can turn it around and I hope people can understand how difficult it is to run a business right now in the uk, everything is against you and you just have a little patience’s…it’s not Amazon 😉

late delivery, poor service
Save yourself the trouble, hassle and disappointment - look elsewhere for what you need.
We ordered a couple seat covers for one of our company vehicles near end of March.
T&C's on website state they aim for delivery in 5 working days. Well, don't hold your breath on that one. They are quick to take your payment for the order but not as quick to ship the order.
Order was delayed, and multiple email attempts sent to try to track our order went unanswered; nor do they answer the phone. The Phone no. on their website goes into an automated system stating all queries are to be emailed. Why bother listing a phone no. for contact if you wont answer it ?

Made an order, received the email confirmation then nothing else. Waited 2 weeks to ask for an update. No reply. Waited another week, contacted them again. No reply. Requested a refund through PayPal a month after I made the order. Terrible company. Do not recommend.

Absolutely horrendous company - do not purchase from them. I ordered seat covers which stated 7-10 days lead time. After four weeks i started emailing and getting fobbed off with excuses. I obviously wanted these asap on my new van..... four months of bullshtt later and still no covers, i did a charge back through credit card thankfully.

I ordered ford transit seat covers and floor mat costing over £350. January 30th and to this date 22nd April still no product has been delivered. Numerous emails sent to a gentlemen called who responded up until about 4 weeks ago and since had no reply.after the first month I was generally worried that my order wasn’t going to arrive and I sent an email Mike responded and advised they would be sent out within the week and I’d receive a update when they get sent. No update was sent going on for 2 months now since this email and still
Nothing. Very very poor customer service and why garuantee a service over the website saying up to 14 days for delivery and waste peoples time and money hoping your product was going to show up.
