Above and beyond.
Amazing, the trip was the best Christmas trip we have ever done. We originally booked to go to Myrkdalen however, due to the snow being sparce there, 2 days before we travelled we were informed that we were to be moved to Geillo. Wow we couldnt have been more impressed i would always now go with Inghams.

Our trip to Cervinia was fantastic from start to finish. The resort offered stunning scenery, well-maintained slopes, and a great variety of runs suitable for all levels. The snow conditions were excellent, and the lift system was efficient, making it easy to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed the connection to Zermatt, which added even more variety to our skiing experience. Accommodation was comfortable and conveniently located, and the local restaurants provided plenty of choice for après-ski. The Inghams team, especially our rep, was outstanding—always helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, it was a well-organised, enjoyable holiday that we would happily recommend to others

Lapland is a wonderful place for any family to visit. Sadly with most you will be visiting at Xmas for a Santa break which is where travelling with inghams falls short against their peers.
The Santa visit itself is commercial, tacky and a huge disappointment vs the rustic feel of TUI for example.
The reps are half hearted sadly and in no way immerse themselves in the festive time. One rep was so rude it upset our kids.
They make you feel they are there because they have to be and just add the the feel, sadly that Inghams is a Ski company first and Lapland tour operator very much second.
The hotel if you are considering it (Crazy Reindeer) is tired, overrated and with such poor food. Again Inghams were a pale shadow of their peers with one lone rep sat in the lobby staring at their laptop. No active engagement, no smiles and no help.
We love Lapland so much and would recommend it to all but sadly I cannot help but feel Inghams do the tours because they have to and with no flair compared to others.

The staff are always around and so approachable, communication through the WhatsApp group was excellent and kept everything really clear, and everyone was genuinely friendly. The whole experience felt smooth and well organised, with brilliant activities throughout. We couldn’t fault it at all – would absolutely recommend

Group booked, no issues from start to return.

We arrived late to the hotel (no fault of inghams), however we weren’t aware that we wouldn’t be dropped outside our hotel, which led to a 20 minute walk with a toddler and suitcases late at night after a long day. Fortunately our rep was on hand to help, but we have never experienced this type of drop off to start a holiday.

The hotel was advertised as being a ‘junior suite’ and the photographs suggested the rooms were significantly bigger than when we arrived. The room was tired, desperately in need of a refresh, curtains damaged in the top windows and unable to open them. The bathroom was a joke, with a tiny old bath and barely working shower.

The meals were very hit and miss and some evenings our choices either didn’t arrive (in the case of our 2 year old), arrived 45 mins after other mains or we were served raw pork. The staff in the hotel also appeared to be under pressure and unable to cope, as any requests were met with eye rolls and frustrated responses.

On our departure from the hotel, we were told that we needed to be at the bus stop for 7am. We asked reception whether we could be given some breakfast to take with us, as breakfast started at 7, but we were told no, that would be ‘too difficult’. We departed on the bus to go to the airport, 7 hours before the planned flight for a ~2 hour journey. The bus stopped in Moutiers and we were told it would just be 20 minutes while we waited for some other guests. An hour and a half passed by and with some small updates in between to suggest the reason for the early start was to avoid traffic, we promptly resumed the journey straight into the morning rush for transfer day. As a result the total journey took over 5 hours and we were advised we wouldn’t then have time for a rest break and were driven straight to the airport.

Overall a fairly disappointing experience and one that we won’t make the mistake of doing again with Inghams.

We can't ever fault Inghams, a great company to travel with. Reps in resort super knowledgeable and helpful.

Our recent skiing trip to Pinzolo was excellent. While you can never guarantee snow, the local reps guidance was invaluable.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Organised, simple and easy holiday with all the stress removed by inghams.

Magical Lapland Experience with a Small Caveat

Our family holiday to Lapland with Inghams was unforgettable. The accommodation was cosy, warm, and perfectly located, and the excursions were well organised, safe, and full of adventure. Meeting Santa and exploring the snowy landscapes was magical for both the kids and adults.

All the staff were very friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. They were entertaining and looked after everyone on the coach. Safety came first. As we were a couple with no children they didnt treat us any different. The excursions were a childhood dream come true.

This company won't match their online prices I f there is an issue with the booking and you need to phone them. I have emailed Customer Services twice and they refuse to honour their online price.

First time to Finland to visit Lapland stayed in Levi, had the most fantastic time, the most well organised trip we'd ever been on, stayed at the Levi Spa Hotel which again was fantastic, food was great, staff very helpful. would recommend to everyone.

The Inghams staff at Akas Hotel in Yllas were absolutely fabulous, they make the whole experience just so fun & happy for everyone. The trips out were well organised & so much fun. We had a truly unique & magical time & it was made all the better by the whole team, including Natalie, Frankie, Emma, Scott & Anna.

Excellent from start to finish.
