The Indonesian consulate of Hong Kong…

The Indonesian consulate of Hong Kong is a shambolic office doing the absolute minimum to assist their own citizens.
I can not give all the specifics but they operate on WhatsApp messages and folders of documents with poorly redacted information from actual applicants. You provide the exact information and document requested and their story changes again.
The greatest criticism is there are solutions they avoid informing Indonesians of, either through incompetence or lack of concern. Their policies & processes are not documented but verbal assertions that we know differ from person to person.
This office offers appalling representation for some of Hong Kongs most at-risk community.
