My Property manager Nicole Potter has been great.
I thought i wasn't going to be able to get the proterty i was hoping for, i didnt hear back from the original property manager i was speaking to either but then Nicole got in touch with me and helped the process go ahead and manage to get me the keys asap.. Everything has gone smooth so far and the helps been great.
This company took over the management of the building I live in and it's been in decline ever since. The new fire alarm system screams across the lobby most days, flickering lights have been left unreplaced, and maintenance work is shoddy or incomplete. The reception and security staff either no longer work here or simply cut themselves off from the residents, with the staff door constantly closed and windows blacked out. I cannot wait to leave this place.
