I have mixed feelings about my experience with this store, on the one hand the record I bough arrived very quickly and without any visible damage, but on the other hand the website page had conflicting information which led me to buy one record assuming it was another.

For context, the record I bought had every single detail from a box set (down to the tracklist, serial number and release date) *EXCEPT* the "box set" tag. Once it arrived and I contacted the store via email I was told that since the tag wasn't there, the store wasn't really at fault and nothing would be done. They've updated the page with the record's real info and that's it.

One positive thing I can say about the customer support is that the person who helped me was very respectful and straight to the point.

If you want to take away something from my experience, just make sure to quadruple check that the record you're buying really is the version you think it is, because if its not the store won't do much to remedy that.

This is a great shop to buy vinyl. Quick delivery, safe packaging, excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Great experience buying from imusic. Everything was simple to use & navigating to my purchase. I am in the UK and delivery was genuinely faster than some records I ordered in the UK. Great service 10/10 would recommend & have already bought again since.

The BEST dispatch company for vinyl I've ever used! Speedy and most importantly - extremely well packed to the max!! Incredible large pizza box style for one double album, the record packed in a ton of bubble wrap with paper to protect that too. This could have been drop kicked out of a helicopter and still would have arrived in one piece! It's nice to see that sone companies do actually care about your records arriving in PERFECT condition. Amazing! Well done iMusic!

Imusic is always so good and I love that you don't pay till they send the albums you preordered.

Considering it came from Denmark, it arrived in reasonable time and was very well packaged. It was also priced (including shipping) less than some UK outlets are selling it for. Good job all round.
