IMO car wash leaves water marks all over car bodywork
I first used the IMO car wash in Donaster on 07/07/2026 and wasn’t happy with my £9 car wash. It came out looking worse than before it was washed. The staff don’t seem interested.I used it again 1507/2026 and it was no better
After the wash it should finish with dry cloths and hot air moving over the car to dry off but for some reason the Doncaster IMO doesn’t have these drying cloths. My car came out with water marks all over the car
I’ve contacted customer services to complain and send photos and videos but the guy says he can’t open them to look. I’ve given up now as I feel I’m just wasting my time and money with this company.

Damaged rear bumper paintwork
My car was left wet though the worker did dry it when prompted. Found machine had damaged rear bumper paintwork. Won’t use again
